  We arrived at this condo and found an adorable condo with many original features. The bay window in the parlor gave us views of the bay and the beds were comfortable. The locations was close to the main attractions in North Beach. Even though it came with no parking it had several public parking lots near by. The cable car stop was 1 block away. If it wasn't so booked we would be back in a month. Our kids loved it and it was quiet.

  We stayed 12 days recently in this flat. We are family of 4, with kids 4 and 6 years. The flat was absolutely perfect for our family. Well layed out, spacious with 2 living rooms at either end of flat. Queen bed in master was super comfortable with hotel quality sheets. The kitchen had everything you'd need including blender; stove top italian coffee maker; lots of pots for cooking. Kitchen was most loved with a great view of the water; television for us to watch at night when our son was sleeping in front room with pullout couch and great bar seats. Internet works great in the kitchen....you just can't access it from other end of flat. We bought a Citypass to use transit the whole time we were there which worked out great. Cable car is 10 feet from front door and main buses in North Beach 2 blocks away will get you everywhere. It was a great neighbourhood for food; coffee and parks. Don't hesitate, just book this place!

  We stayed 4 days with our son. The appart is very nice. quiet, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 with single bed, there are 2 living rooms, great kitchen with nice view. It is in perfect condition and the decoration is raffinated. we loved it. Great area. Only problems are that there is no garage garanteed. We had rented a car and could not park it all the time. Garage is too small for all the cars. it s 1st come 1st served. We had to park it 2 blocks down and pay for 14 hours. Parking in SF is an issue Second problem was that there was no internet. Very poor connection. Just make sure with Margie that it is fixed I would definetely come back if I have no car and the web is working.

  For a last minute short little vacation to SF, we found this condo available for three nights. This ended up being the perfect place for us. My wife and I were bringing our 11 month old son and then her sister was staying for 1 night with us to give us a night out, away from baby. The condo has two bedrooms, 1 large bedroom for us, and then another smaller bedroom that also has a crib in it. Perfect! Everything on the inside was very nice. Beautiful condo that is very well maintained. Lots of light in the kitchen with great views of the Bay. Location is also great, lots of Italian restaurants within walking distance. We also walked to the wharf, although that's a bit more of a walk with some hills.

  Highly recommend staying in this wonderful apartment. The location is perfect, can walk to many great tourist destinations, cafés and restaurants. We were welcome by a nice basket with wine, fresh fruits and snack, nice touch! The apartment is immaculate, tastefully decorated, great view, very comfortable bed and the Wi-Fi was very handy. The musical ‘’Beach Blanket Babylon’’, located one block from the place, is a must see, great fun! Thanks so much Margie!

  From the outside, the modest flat hides much of the details and the view that awaits inside. On entering, the flat offers a spacious layout. Although only this is only two bedrooms, the front living room has a davenport that opens into a full size bed. The back study has bay windows that frame a San Francisco bay view of Alcatraz, Church Spires from North Beach. The same is true of the kitchen nook. Seated in corner of the kitchen is rounded table with a panoramic view of the bay. The flat offers all the comforts of home and all of the necessary house hold appliances. The washer dryer helped us keep clean. The location is ideal in that it provides for walking distance to North Beach, and the Fisherman's Wharf. The only hesitation that I would have to recommended this as a place to stay is that it provide competition for me to book my next visit.
