Your spacious 750 sq. ft. air conditioned Villa has hardwood floors throughout for that cool tropical feeling. A full kitchen with ceramic top stove and oven just in case you'd like to prepare your own meals. There's a pull-out couch in the living room and an entertainment center with cable TV, VCR, multi-disc CD player and cable radio. There's also another TV in the bedroom.
The entire villa was recently remodeled from top to bottom and is very well maintained. You won't find a better value in all of Poipu.
Enjoy outdoor dining year round on your covered lanai with stainless steel gas barbecue. Listen to the birds chirping, read a book or grab your beach chairs, towels and cooler and head to the beach. It's a short three to five minute walk to Poipu Beach, ranked number one in the USA in 2001/2002 and again in 2003.
There's a lifeguard on duty (the only beach on the south shore of Kauai that has a lifeguard) and you can swim, snorkel surf, boogie board, or just relax on the beautiful white sand. There is also lots of grass, a playground for kids and covered picnic pavilions.
