  Vista Del Sol was perfect. The view fantastic. Saw Dolpin, whales, Frigate Birds soaring and the Pelicans diving. Excellent restaurants near by and some with music. Lots of activities on Malecon that we found interesting. Like Folk Dance Festival and Grandmother of the Year contest for local residents! Residents seem to realy like us visitors and we like them. They are very friendly and very helpful. Vista Del Sol interior was very comfortably furnished with all Premium Channels as well as WiFi. The kitchen fully furnished with good quality pots and pans and dishes. Even a rice cooker /steamer. Made use of that! Unit very clean and kept clean by Deo. Very nice lady and very accommodating. Asked for an early clean and she obliged. Owner was easy to contact and helpful . We would recommend Vista Del Sol to friends . We found Vista Del Sol as described and much much more.

  We spent a week at this great condo and so enjoyed the ocean view, modern amenities and great central location. Everything went so smoothly to rent the place and getting in touch with the owner or Luis was always easy. I got home and went to rent it again for next year but was too late! A wonderful vacation, thank you.

  This is a most pleasurable experience shared by the owner. It is beautifully appointed and has a well stocked library and media collection. The lighting is wonderful. The lines are clean and modern...feels like your own little area rather than a rental. The view is remarkable and the sounds from the ocean quite restful.

  What an incredible location for a stay in Puerto Vallarta! This beautiful spacious condo is right on the beach and overlooks the malecon. The balcony is perfect for people watching and relaxing as the sun sets over the bay. The owner, David, is very helpful and quickly responded to all our questions before we arrived. The condo is beautiful and very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked! We planned all our excursions through Juan, the man with the red hat, who is easy to find on the malecon in front of the building. He can set you up with any kind of an adventure, from big inclusive tours and private outings to snorkeling in a panga. He is an extremely knowledgeable resource and fun to talk to! We loved visiting Yelapa for a day. You must take a water taxi to get there, and you can get the taxi must a couple of blocks away at the Los Muertos Pier. Yelapa is tiny and not commercial, very laid back. We also had an incredible time at the zoo outside Mismaloya! Get food to feed the animals! You won't believe how close you can get to them! We also spent a fun day visiting one of the tequila factories and learning how tequila is made. The food in Zona Romantica is fabulous - we never had a mediocre meal. Our favorite restaurants were No Way Jose's (dress up here) and Mariscos Polo. Margarita Grill and Joe Jack's Fish Shack are close behind! Los Mercados is only a couple of blocks away - you can buy beautiful veggies and groceries there. We also bought groceries in the small local shops. Remember mosquito spray if you take a bus out of town; the sand flea (noseums) bites are itchy for about a week! You can purchase mosquito spray and cordaid at the local farmacia.

  We just got home from spending a great week at this wonderfully appointed condo on the beach. Everything about this unit was top notch. The finishes were wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked if you should choose to cook at home. With so much incredible food right outside your door, we chose to eat out nearly every meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. We use VRBO 3-4 times each year and this has to be one of the best homes we've rented. Location is fantastic, condo was beautiful and comfortable. Not sure what more we could have needed. Thanks!

  Condo 510 at Vista Del Sol is Fabulous! It has been completely remodeled with beautiful tile floors, updated bathrooms, new furniture and art! The kitchen is very well stocked with all necessary dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The view from the balcony is spectacular, the location is very convenient to the lovely downtown, the ocean is your front yard! The staff is friendly and very helpful! Although there were only two of us staying in the condo it could easily be used by a group of four! We are already planning our return next year. Hopefully we will be staying longer! Thanks David! We felt right at home!

  My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights while we had our wedding in Puerto Vallarta. We have been coming to PV for 7 years and have stayed at Vista del Sol 5 of the 7. This is by far our FAVORITE condo. Very luxurious yet still has the Mexican flare. It's in a prime location and David has done a wonderful job with the renovations. We loved it so much that we will be booking it again for our 1 year anniversary. :)

  I spent about a week here in April. Everything about this condo is awesome. It is beautifully done with an incredible kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, and priceless views and gorgeous sunsets from the large balcony. The location is perfect for whatever you want to do in PV. David, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. I would most certainly recommend to anyone, it's a very special place!

  After coming to PV many times since 1994, most of the times have been in Vista del Sol. All the units were nice, typical Mexican motif with the hard, uncomfortable concrete couches. My friend found this condo online and we booked it right away. The only bad thing I can say about it is that I couldn't take the kitchen home with me!! Wow! This place is by far the most modern, beautiful unit we've ever stayed in. At first I was worried that it didn't have that Mexican ambiance that you expect while there, but after 30 seconds in this unit, I didn't care. The bathrooms with the glass showers are stunning. I had no problem hooking up with the WiFi in the unit other than resetting the modem. The furnishings could have been right out of a design magazine. Truly a special place to stay in PV.

  This is a million dollar unit folks. It is beautiful inside, well furnished, has a well appointed kitchen and great views right on the water/beach. Its location is very good. Also, the owner is supper easy to work with, and will provide you with any information you could possibly need. I have traveled the world with VRBO rentals. This unit exceeded my expectations, and I am very picky!
