  Our 3 month stay at Ginny's condo were comfy and very enjoyable. Lots of good cooking equipment and dishware. TV's, beds, baths were all very satisfactory.Facilities very clean.We would play musical chairs to get to the recliner first.Loved the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Must remember our Binoculars for our 2013 visit. Short walk to the beach/Cabana or even shorter drive. Hubby liked being surrounded by great Golf courses. Great shopping and grocery stores close by. Super to have an indoor and outdoor pool. Condo maintenence staff are very friendly and helful. Condo residents are very friendly to us vacationers. Overall, a great vacation location. Many thanks to our host Ginny, a very hands-on lady and wonderful to deal with, no matter what the concern.

  We stayed from 7/14-7/20 at this lovely condo. What a wonderful gem of a place. I loved the location, tucked away within walking distance from the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my jogs in the morning down to the beach and through the friendly, safe neighborhood. The pool area is FANTASTIC and very clean. The grounds are well cared for and staff, very friendly. The condo is decorated in beach theme and has all the amenities of home. I LOVED the screened in back porch area. My only gripe—and it wasn’t too serious, the master bedroom’s bed was something that took getting used to—a little too firm for my taste. Close to so many great restaurants (MUST try House of Blues while you're here!!!) & attractions. To top it off, my boyfriend of 4 years, decided this was the time he'd propose-- while we were out on a helicopter tour of Myrtle Beach! This will be a vacation I will long remember. Thank you for your hospitable condo at such an amazing price. I look forward to returning.

  I can not say enough about Ginny and her AWESOME condo! Both are just too good to be true! Our family has vacationed at Dunes Pointe for a few years now but with the previous condo owners we have never encountered the kindness, thoughtfulness and hospitality that Ginny and Tom offer. They go above and beyond to make you feel completely at home at their "little piece of paradise" in every way imaginable, right down to the bord games and beach toys provided for the children staying there! The condo is beautiful! The pictures on here do not do it full justice and you cant beat the view from the deck area especially at sunset! Ginny is such a doll and amazing to work with! As far as I'm concerened we will rent from no other..so look out Ginny, I will be contacting you every year here on out for many years to come to book our perfect vacation getaway! This was our baby girls 1st beach trip. She was 1 week shy of turning 2yrs old at the time of our stay and absolutely LOVED it! She didn't want to leave the condo Thank you so much Ginny, for helping make her 1st beach trip a Awesome one! The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we look forward with GREAT anticipation to returning there in 2012 as well!

  My husband and I booked it sometime in June for our August stay. Ginny was amazing to work with and would promptly answer any questions that I had either by email or through a phone call. We did have a problem with getting a cabana key from the property manager (they insisted we had a key-which we clearly did not). The property manager told us that they only had one and we "just wouldn't be able to use the cabana". I was very upset about this as this was part of the reason we stayed there. I called Ginny and explained to her the situation. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us a key for the cabana. She apologized profusely about this inconvience. The condo itself was nice and quiet and we had a great time at the beach. We will be returning next year (as soon as we figure out a good time!). Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

  We really hesitate writing this review...for fear everyone will want to stay here! Our best vacation at the beach by far! In the past, we have aways opted for beach front but now our minds will forever be changed...sitting on the screened in porch, drinking our morning coffee, listening to and watching the lake and marsh wildlife is the perfect way to start the day. The condo has a light and roomy feel, clean, well stocked and very well maintained. The pool can be described much the same way, roomy, clean, well maintained and has several nice loungers along with a good number of tables with umbrellas...never had a problem finding a seat or room in the pool. Check in and check out was a breeze...had one minor issue but the owner and the property managers worked diligently to correct it quickly...both were pleasures to work with. We love walking...checked out the Apache Pier a couple of evenings, good cheap entertainment...found an ice cream shop...went to a cool little bar "Finn McCool's", great food and good atmosphere. In short...a fantastic week at the beach!!! Already looking forward to next year!

  My husband and I lived in Myrtle Beach for many years and returned home to West Virginia to be close to our grandchildren. We try to go back once or twice a year. We rented Ginny's condo for the month of April. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED the condo. It was quiet and peaceful . We liked it so much we hope to return next April. Would recommend to anyone.

  A great two bedroom place. Enjoyed that the bedrooms were split, so each one felt like they had their own "space" and bathroom, but yet having a wonderful living area to share. This area was so quiet. In the morning I noticed that the area close to the beach was so loud with construction, yet a couple of blocks away by the condo was nice and quiet. The condo was stocked with all needed items, just need to bring food (which a grocery store is just around the corner). The unit even had a nice selection of movies to enjoy! Ginny was so nice to work with. We were here for a baseball tournament, so the washer and dryer was great to do a quick load. So much better than a hotel!

  My family and I stayed in Ginny's condo and had a wonderful time. It was extremely clean and roomy for all 5 of us! The kids enjoyed watching the wildlife from the screened in porch and swimming in the pool. We were able to drive to the private beach and parking was no problem at all no matter what time you arrived. With kids a "MODERN" bathroom is a plus at the beach and it is private and clean! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. I can't wait to go back! Denise and Paul.

Since you were there, we've made some new additions to the condo, including a 35" flat screen tv in the living room. I hope that you'll be able to return to the beach soon and see some of the changes that have been made. For example, Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede has changed its venue to Pirate's Voyage. Also, the city of Myrtle Beach has added a one mile long Boardwalk that is accompanied by restaurants and shops. Check out my new affordable rates for 2011 and check back into Paradise.   My sister & I stayed in Ginny's condo & found it very comfortable. It is stocked with all of the amenities you would find at home. The rooms are spacious & well furnished but not over-crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch & looking out over the marsh. It's in a neat complex with the outdoor pool conveniently located close to the condo & the beach just a quick walk from it. Everywhere else you would want to check out in Myrtle Beach is within minutes of this place. Hotels just don't compare when it comes to getting your money's worth. We highly recommend it. - Toni & Laura
