RESORT TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED WITH THIS RENTAL - Owner and Destin Memories participate in the new Sandtram resort-wide shuttle service. You will be able to use the shuttle during your stay at no additional charge. This service is NOT offered by all owners. If you feel transportation would enhance your vacation experience by not having to drive & deal with parking availability, you should seriously consider the advantage of renting with Destin Memories.
This spacious unit, located on the 4th floor of the Pilot House, is a PERFECT rental. One floor down leads you out to the amazing pool, hot tubs, grill and exercise facility, all uniquely located on top of the parking garage.
The Pilot House is located in the midst of the Village and, because of its location on the bay, is one of the 'favorite' complexes in the renown Village of Baytowne Wharf. This recently remodeled one bedroom unit has a separate 8x8 den with a 19' flat screen TV and DVD player. We've installed a bunk bed/futon combination (futon is double) plus added a door, so this den can now be used as a 2nd bedroom. YOU CAN SLEEP 6 FOR THE PRICE OF 4 -- GREAT VALUE. We also added a 32' flat screen TV and DVD player in the bedroom and a 47' high definition flat screen TV and a DVD in the living area.

To reserve the unit, please e-mail us. To the rent, please add one-time $95 cleaning fee and 12% Florida tax. We also require a $65 processing fee which provides $1500 of accidental damage insurance. We accept personal checks & money orders -- We also accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards with a 3% service charge and Amex with a 4% service charge. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

My family and I absolutely loved this condo and its location. Having small children, we were looking for a perfect getaway that is close to everything and we found it in the Pilot House. The pool was close to us, so we didn't have to walk forever holding our stuff. The adult spa's both hot and cool located on the corners were inviting. Our son loved the brand new park and slides! I recommend Bistro Bijoux to everyone who stays here!! I also recommend the 22 oz. steak.
