                    Many thanks- we had a really good time in Lahaina and the condo had all we need. It's quite far away from Germany, so we probably won't be back in Hawaii anytime soon but should we do, we would not hesitate to book Aina Nalu again and are also happy to recommend to friends.

                    Lovely Maui- Sand, Sun, and Ocean! What a great place to spend our honeymoon. We were so pleased with our location there in Lahaina- so close to everything!!! This is a beautiful condo, we enjoyed all it has to offer. Thank you and farewell for now!

                    We had a great time in Maui! Your condo was perfectly equipped with supplies for our 18month old! The beach umbrella was a WONDERFUL thing to have! It is the one item I contemplated purchasing or bringing along, so I was delightfully surprised when I found that in the closet. The buckets with beach toys were also nice to have! We had a great time and we will definitely be booking through you again, as well as refer our friends and family your way.

                    Aloha, Angie. I am suffering from Hawaii withdrawal. Back to work but dreaming of Hawaii. For a few days here and there, I actually forgot I had a job...until reality hit, and I realized that I have travel bills to pay when I got home. We very much enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for my mom, son and me, and we took care of the place as if it was our own. Re: renting again...Most definitely...someday soon, I hope. Your help has been very much appreciated in making our stay so memorable.

                    The condo was exactly as described, and it was in great condition. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the Lahaina harbor. It was our first time using vrbo and staying at a condo, and we were not disappointed. The air conditioning units were a bit noisy, but it was cool enough at night that we only needed the ceiling fans. (The air conditioning unit in the bedroom had a musty smell to it though.) The kitchen was awesome; had everything we needed. Having the ensuite washer and dryer were definitely appreciated. (There is no elevator at the complex; so need strong arms to lug the luggage up the stairs.) On-site parking is $15/day for the entire stay. (Cannot just park on-site on certain days/ nights.) Angie was really great in setting us up at the condo and providing invaluable information to help us explore Lahaina. There is even a binder in the condo to orientate one to the area. I am suffering from Lahaina withdrawal. Will definitely come back and stay again at the condo. Mahalo, Angie.

                    Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

                    I have been to Maui and Lahaina many times, but this was the first time I stayed both in Lahaina and at Aina Nalu. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and modern, with everything I needed. The listing and photos were exactly accurate. The property is well-maintained and secure. The pools and loungers on the property are perfect for a relaxing day. Everything - shops, restaurants, groceries, coffee shops, etc. - in Lahaina was within walking distance. I'm a newly addicted surfer, so I loved that there are so many great surf spots on either side of Lahaina, but especially that I could walk approx. 2 blocks to Breakwall with my surfboard under my arm and surf all day. I just returned home from Maui 2 days ago, and have already decided to come back to this Aina Nalu condo in the summer! I had a very enjoyable experience!

                    Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

                  Cancellation policy:

                  TERMS AND CONDITIONS AINA NALU UNIT J-204 Our resort complex, Aina Nalu, is located at 660 Wainee St, Lahaina, HI 96761 1. Agreement: The Owners and Tenants agree as follows: Tenant is over the age of 21 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible children. No key codes will be issued to anyone other than the tenant listed on rental agreement. The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to six (6) persons. This property requires a (3) night minimum stay and longer stays may be required during holiday periods. Rates are subject to change without notice. 2. Pets: No pets allowed. A fee will be assessed if tenants have pets in unit. 3. Smoking: No smoking allowed in the units. A fee will be assessed if tenants smoke in unit. 4. Description of Unit: Aina nalu Unit J-107 is located in the heart of Lahaina town. This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is newly renovated, fully furnished with a full kitchen. Unit J-107 has a king bed, queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper. This unit has TVs, A/C, hair dryers, and a washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge. 5. Deposits/Payments: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is due at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. If initial reservation is less than (30) days, full amount is due upon reservation. Payment can be made by personal check in U.S. funds, bank money order or cashiers check payable to Coconut Condos. A $35 fee applies to all returned checks. 6. Security Deposit: The security deposit is $200 and is required at the time of final payment in the form of a separate check or money order made payable to Coconut Condos. The deposit is not applied toward rent and it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure provided the following provisions are met: a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or smoking during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. d. All keys are left in the lock box and unit is left locked (including the back door). e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens/towels are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Outrigger. The unit will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. If additional cleaning is required, charges will be deducted from your security deposit. 7. Storage of Food Items: Guests to maintain a clean environment in the unit by not leaving food items out with containers open. Most food items should be kept in the refrigerator to prevent attraction to pests. Food spills, crumbs, etc. should be cleaned promptly. 8. Check-In/Check-Out: Check in is after 3:00 pm HST. Check out time is 11:00 am HST. You are NOT required to check in or out at the front desk. No early check-in or late check-out. If you check out later than 11am, you will be charged for an additional night’s stay. 9. Parking Passes – You are only required to check in at the front desk for a parking permit. If you have a vehicle, you will be charged a $15/day parking fee to park on property. Street parking is first come, first serve at no charge. 10. Cancellations: A thirty (30) day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 11. Monthly Reservation Cancellations – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. 12. No Daily Maid/Maintenance Service: Bed linens and towels are provided. There is no daily housekeeping. A starter supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, and garbage liners will be provided; however, tenant will need to purchase further supplies. This is a privately managed unit and the Outrigger staff at the front desk will not assist you with towels, linens, any supplies or maintenance issues. Please call (808) 419-1000. We have on-island support for any problems. 13. Tenants Liability: Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property by Tenant or Tenant guests, including but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Tenant agrees to reimburse owners for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items. 14. Hold Harmless: All units are privately owned. Owners do not assume any liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, or plumbing. Nor will owners accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond its control. 15. Walkways and Common Areas: The Tenant is fully aware that the walkways can be dangerous, that they can be slippery when wet, and that injury is likely to occur to anyone not using caution. Tenants should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of walkways and common areas. The pool areas are unsupervised and NO LIFEGUARD is on duty. Tenants assume full responsibility while using the pools at aina nalu and will exercise caution at all times. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 16. Additional Terms and Conditions: The undersigned tenant, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges actual Owners, Michael & Angela Leone, from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold actual Owners free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their Principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover Reasonable attorney fees and costs. 17. Hurricane Policy: No refunds will be given, we recommend you purchase travel insurance.

                  About: Aloha! We are a family of three from Port Hardy, BC Canada. Port Hardy is a remote town on the northern tip of Vancouver Island. I am originally from Portland, Oregon but moved to BC in 2000 when we married. My husband, Monty, is native to BC but spent many winters with his family holidaying in Lahaina. His family actually stayed at The Maui Islander, which is now Aina Nalu! We purchased our condo in May 2010 with the hopes that someday we will be able to live in Lahaina 5 - 6 months out of the year. Right now we are able to spend about 2 months a year…and they are always a wonderful 2 months! Our daughter, Emily, can't get enough of the pools and the nearby beaches. We hope you enjoy our home away from home and take advantage of all that the area has to offer.

                  Why Aina Nalu:
                  As a child my husband and his family stayed here when it was The Maui Islander. Once they were renovated, a family friend purchased a condo at Aina Nalu. We visited for a couple of weeks and fell in love with the salt water pool, the grounds, the family friendly environment and the convenient location.

                  The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                  Aina Nalu has so many wonderful qualities. The location is amazing, you really don't need a car because you can walk to anything you want or need. It is located 2 blocks from the main street in Lahaina (Front Street). This is where most of the shops, restaurants & bars are located. There are beaches you can walk to within minutes (our favourite beach now that we have a small daughter is baby beach). Literally anything you need is in walking distance…grocery store, theatre, church, hardware stores….and great sunsets! We also love that Aina Nalu has 2 pools, one is a beautiful saline pool surrounded by grass, and there are two BBQ areas. The exterior has the old Lahaina feel and the interior has an updated comfortable feeling. Aina Nalu has a family friendly, relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your holidays!
