  I love travelling and in the past few years, I've been renting vacation rentals from private owners. My boyfriend and I just came back from Yosemite and we stayed at this wonderful condo rented from Holly. From day one of my research/planning on where to stay, Holly was very helpful and quick at responding to my emails. We even had the opportunity to meet her as she happened to stop by at the condo before we checked in. Location is perfect! Just 30 min from Mariposa Grove of Sequoias and 30 min from Yosemite Valley...and most importantly, inside of the Yosemite Park entrance. We followed the directions provided by Holly and had no problem at all finding the condo. Condo was cozy and comfortable. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. There were three beds and I believe the sofa was a pullout. The beds were comfortable which was perfect after a long day of hiking. I'd say this condo is perfect for a family with small kids. This is also good for a group of friends if you don't need much space, don't want to spend a lot staying at the hotel in Yosemite Valley, don't like camping, and prefer to stay inside Yosemite. The kitchen is tight but manageable and well-stocked. We did our grocery shopping at the Vons in Oakhurst and made our own breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Wi-fi is available but was rather weak for us, which I didn't mind as it was nice to be away from the Internet for a few days. Also, we have at&T; cell service which didn't work in this location; however, it does work in Yosemite Valley and even at the top of Nevada Falls! I'm hoping to visit Yosemite next year with my parents and I definitely plan to stay at this condo,... or if I have a larger group, I'll try one of Holly's other properties.

  The condo was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of 5. My 6 year old loved having his own space up in the 3rd level loft. The location can't be beat... within the park and only about 20-30 minutes from the valley. I would definitely stay again.

  Holly, condo was absolutely perfect! wouldnt have wanted to stay anywhere else - perfect location to get around the park and avoid the traffic etc - right in the middle of all the Yosemite hot spots... condo was super clean - much appreciated the beautiful, quality sheets & bedding!!! Condo was well stocked and although space kitchen & eating area esp was tight - it all worked as we were enjoying the park through the day. Ar Would definately recommend this condo to all & rent from Holly again. Thanks - Lee-Ann Saunders p.s. wifi weak but we survived

  Our family of 5, including 3 grown sons, had a wonderful time during our 3 night stay at Yosemite West. We couldn't ask for a better value, as the price was comparable to a hotel room with 2 beds and not much more. The condo is centrally located to Yosemite Valley, Glacier Point and the sequoia grove in Wawona, which was great, as we visited all 3 places. Our accommodations were neat, clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with things we needed. The pillow-top mattresses were so comfortable, and the boys found the couch and futon to be fine for sleeping too. We never heard a sound from any of the neighbors. We'd definitely come again if possible.

  "Great location, comfortable, clean with all the furnishings we needed" The condo was in a great location. We bought groceries in Oakhurst and everything else we needed (coffee maker, slow cooker, toasters, blender, pots pans, dishes, glasses a grill ...) was provided to prepare a wide range of great meals. It was clean with great towels in the bathrooms, plenty of beds to sleep in, and two full baths, which helped us get ready quickly so we could get out and enjoy the spectacular park. Best of all, it was very well priced. We got more than our money's worth. I very highly recommend it.

  This place was perfect for our Winter getaway in Yosemite. It is in a great location and Holly was wonderful. There was also a caretaker who was available to help us with questions. The condo was clean and had a lovely fireplace. It was well stocked and even had games and movies. Our only problem was REALLY slow internet which we hated to need on vacation. But they offered to let us go to an office to try to connect and they say they are in the process of upgrading. Overall, the condo is great and the people running it are amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Owner response: I'm so glad you had a wonderful time:) I realize that even being on vacation, we all need to be in touch with (the real world) the internet. Being in the mountains, it's been a challenge to get a strong internet signal. The condominium association is currently working on upgrading the Wi-Fi system within the building and should have this accomplished by April or May. Look forward to seeing you in the future!

  Our family stayed at this condo during our winter vacation after the Christmas weekend. We visit Yosemite at least twice a year and it is always a challenge to find an affordable and clean place to stay. We were very pleased with our stay here as it was clean and well-kept. Most of the units in the condo complexes are pretty old and dated but this place seemed to have been remodeled with great effort. It looks exactly the same as the pictures show. The owner was really helpful as she immediately answered all my questions regarding the property over emails and phone calls. Reservation and payment was quick over the phone with a credit card. It was nice because it was an end unit on the second floor. However, as it is same with all the condos in the area, if you happen to have noisy/loud renters next door, you could hear them. Yosemite West is the best location to stay when you visit Yosemite.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
