About the owner: Sandy and I reside near Philadelphia and summer in Cape May, NJ. We chose Naples when considering a destination that we would retire to someday. Our condo was lovingly restored with modern finishes, and completed in November of 2010. We enjoy the simple yet elegant lifestyle in this area. Naples is truly a year round destination, offering everything and anything your heart desires.
Why the Owner Chose Other West Naples Properties:
This property is conveniently located close to Olde Naples, yet provides a quiet retreat away from the crowds downtown. We discovered Naples in 1990 when visiting the east coast of Florida. It was immediately understood that Naples was our type of destination. A place we could call home someday. Our condo is one of only 18 units, in a two story building overlooking Snail Bay. It provides a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind.
