  We had a great time, next time we stay on Maui I will keep this place in mind. Everything went very smoothly, and the condo was very clean. The grounds are very nice as well, and I really liked that you could bring your own drink to the pool area without hassle (assuming it is not in a glass container). The restaurant onsite was fine, I enjoyed my meals there. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing to bedrooms. Thanks again!

  The condo's description was accurate, great location, clean and only few issues with the patio door not closing all the way to permit air conditioner to turn on but maintance crew was very helpful and there within minutes of us calling, the other was the main door and wind sound but nothing that was not tolerable.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Kaanapali Shoresroom 423. The room was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. We will definitely refer our friends . The only issue was with noise from all the birds in the courtyard singing at 4 am and the wind whisling under the door. We knew about the birds before hand from the owner and brought ear plugs and putting a towel down infront of the door stopped the whistling. Great location, super market right across the street and great beach. We used all the amenities, pools, hot tubs, beach, tennis courts and BBQ's. Very good pizza accross the street at Pizza Paradiso but pricey, one large pizza was $22.00 we did much better at Pizza Hut for price. Overall a great vacation.

  The condo is as advertised. It is clean, nicely furnished and has a nice view of the garden with the Pacific Ocean in the distance. I would definitely recommend this property. The location was perfect as it was on the "quiet" side of Black Rock, close to Lahaina to the south and Kahana, Napili and Kapalua to the north. We loved our brunch at Mala in Lahaina. Grocery store across the street was a big plus. Beautiful pools, tennis and pickleball courts and shuffleboard area. Would recommend Maui West Parasail (go big and do the 1200ft trip) and also the Maui Wave Riders for a surfing lesson. The downsides were that the wifi was non-existent and there was a charge ($10 per day) to use the gym. Would definitely rent from Steve again. He was accommodating and helpful.

  We had a nice stay at this property. It was clean and well kept and the kitchen and bath were recently remodeled. It's not quite ocean front however you can see the ocean from the balcony and it's not a far walk to the beach. But the beach is very limited (narrow). Pools are nice and well kept. The furnishings in the property are minimal, only 6 plates, cups, etc., very few utensils, the toaster was not working and it did not have a blender. The internet service is from the property itself and was not reliable at all. In fact, we could not connect from the property we had to go down to the lobby to utilize the free wi-fi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and when booking the owner was very responsive.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  This was our family's first trip to Maui and we had an amazing time!! The weather was beautiful. This condo was exactly as shown, clean with a fabulous view!! The full kitchen was perfect for us to cook our own meals while just relaxing at the resort. The staff was helpful and friendly. We are already planning our next trip and hope to stay in this same unit.

  I have stayed at this property several times and it was more than we expected. The layout was great, the view was awesome and with a full kitchen, nice balcony with a view and all the ammeties, it was just what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend this rental. The staff was very accommodating and centrally located with great places within walking distance.
