These quiet, comfortable Mexican style homes are situated 75 yards from a two mile long stretch of beautiful undeveloped sandy beach (North Beach). You can enjoy the view of the ocean while sipping margaritas on the palapa covered patios, and relax to the sounds of Baja (birds, wind, waves, silence, etc.).
North Beach is known for being the best kiteboarding and windsurfing launch in Los Barilles. A sailors/kiters delight! If you are just beginning or want to learn we have a kiteboarding school within walking distance. The skilled instructors will have you on the water enjoying the fastest growing sport in the world before you know it! Windsurfing/Kiteboarding season is November through April while kiting season extends through the summer due to strong consistent south winds.
This is a fishermen's paradise! Bring your own boat, launch and pull it right at North Beach then moor it within view of the house. What convenience! If you don't have your own boat, charters are available with experienced captains to show you where the fish are. The Sea of Cortez is full of Yellow-Fin Tuna, Dorado, Wahoo, Marlin (Striped, Blue, and Black), Sailfish, Cabrilla, Pargo, and many other varieties. The weather is best for fishing from March through November.
The twin towns of Los Barriles/Buena Vista with shopping, restaurants, and recreational facilities are only a five-minute drive. So come on down and experience the Baja life... but be warned you may not want to go home!
