This beautifully restored Victorian home is located on the corner of Park Ave and Heber Ave. It is literally steps to Main Street's restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift is about 50 yards away, so you can walk to the lift in the morning and practically ski back to the front door.
This house has four bedrooms- three with queen beds and one with a set of twins that can be made into a king. Every room has it's own bathroom and TV. The house features free local and long distance phones as well as free high speed wireless internet. A private hot tub for 8 is located on the back deck.
The home was originally built in 1902 and was painstakingly restored to a beautiful, modern condition while still maintaining the charm of a turn-of-the-century Victorian house.
The location alone is enough to make this home a wonderful vacation rental. The beauty and comfort of the home on top of that make it one in a million.
Remember- no car is needed! You can walk to everything ... less than a minute to Main Street, around the corner from the free bus station and a few yeards from the town lift.

Map & Owner's Profile
Year Purchased: 1997
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We moved from right outside NYC, Pelham in Westchester, in 1993 for my dad's job with Mrs. Fields Cookies. My mom originally bought this house because of her love for historic houses. That and it fell into the house she owned next door. At the time, no one wanted any historic houses in Old Town and the owner would not fix it stating, "It is Old Town, deal with it". She purchased it in 1997, restored it with love and rented it to long term renters for years. Recently she has changed over to short term renters and loves reading the guest book welcoming people into a house she loves.
The Unique Benefits at this House
You can’t get a better location than this! The house sits 2 houses up and down from Main Street accesses but is a quiet residential road. The town lift for skiing, hiking and biking is ½ a block away. The main Park City transit center is just down the street. Truly the best location in town.
Owner's Map of Private Homes
My mom Lynn Fey (in photo with her dog Sophie) purchased this house in 1997 after it fell into the house next door. Over the next two years she painfully restored and rebuilt the house to what it is today. Every bedroom, bathroom and room has her touch. She picked out all the tile and designed the bathrooms, kitchen and fireplace. the furniture and linens are not what you would expect to find in a rental- every bath has matching towels, every bedroom has been painted to compliment the colorful sheets and bedding and the furniture is a mixture of Pottery Barn and Kohler, shipped from her home town of Wisconsin. It truly is a house and home that has been loved. My husband, Greg Schmidt, and I help my mom with the rental house.
