Beautiful house, on quiet south end of small bay with access for up to medium size (30 foot +) boats to Lake Ontario. View of 'forever wild' wetlands with abundance of wildlife. Area, short paddle away, is ideal for canoeing. Water- and jet-ski in front of property. Swimming off dock or at two excellent Lake Ontario public beaches less than ten miles away. Village of 2000 plus just four miles away with all basic shopping including super market, and movie theater.

We had a reunion party in this house with our old friends, and everyone had a good time there. The house is clean and very huge, everything is exactly as the listing description, and the owner is very nice. The view is good but a little far from beach. Overall it's a great house for large group, hopefully we can come back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

My friends and I recently stayed at this location for a weekend. The weather was terrible but we had a great time. The house is very large and can accommodate many guests. The pool table in the basement is lots of fun and the hot tub was in working order. Everything was as described on the website and the owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay at this location again. The only SLIGHT inconvenience was that we had to bring all of our own bedding and paper products. In addition, leaving the house in the condition it was found is a requirement, however cleaning supplies were limited. If you intend to cook a lot for a large group of people it is a bit difficult as the pots and pans are rather random (few matching lids, etc) and I could not for the life of me find a large frying pan to make eggs (this doesn't necessarily mean that one doesn't exist). Overall this house was a great getaway and very cost effective!!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.
