One of the best features of our home is its location. Our home is just mere steps to the boardwalk and beach; one block from downtown Bethany. Convenient to everything you could possibly need or want while you are on vacation without having to get into your car! Going back and forth from the beach for lunch or relief from the sun is never a problem since you are just mere steps from home. You won’t have any parking headaches, because once you arrive, everything is within walking distance. Bethany Beach is a family oriented town; the boardwalk and downtown areas are clean, safe and full of fun shops, eateries and activities.
Our home is great for families. The large dining table and living room are ideal spots for big family meals followed by lively card and board games. The outside showers are great for showering off those sandy kids. The kitchen has everything you may need to prepare a great dinner. Our large outside deck and gas grill provides a great area for a family barbecue or a crab feast!
We have 2 King Master Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms; one has a Private Balcony; the Twin room has 2 twin size beds; the "Bunk Room" has a Pyramid Bunk (Full bed on bottom and a Twin on the top) and 1 Twin bed; in the loft there is a Daybed. In the Living Room there is a Stereo System, Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. The Kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to prepare a meal. The Deck off the Main Level has a Gas Grill and Patio Furniture making it perfect for entertaining outside. There is a Wet Bar on the Main Level with an additional Ice Maker. The home has a Washer and Dryer and 2 Outdoor Showers.
This is the ideal get away for families that like to relax and have fun! Our home is spacious and convenient to everything that makes Bethany Beach the BEST family beach destination.
You can walk into Bethany for fantastic restaurants and shopping or take a short drive to Dewey for it's famous nightlife. Plenty of Amusement Parks are in Ocean City, MD just 15 minutes to the south and tax free Outlet Shopping in Rehoboth is just 20 minutes to the north.

If a cloud shows up, the Rehobeth Outlet Malls are just a short drive away. For a night out of partying, Dewey beach is 15 miles north, or take the shuttle from Mango's and leave the driving to someone else!!

Native to the Washington DC area, we have spent our summers at Bethany for the past 30 years. After spending several years as a lifeguard in Bethany it was a thrill for us to see our kids enjoying the beach, spending their summers working as a lifeguard and as "Steen Girls" renting umbrellas and chairs. Bethany is a great family town.

What can I say...our vacation at this home was AMAZING! Prime location, right off of the boardwalk and one block from the main drag. We absolutely loved everything about the home and will definitely be renting again next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This has been a family reunion. The first time since 1994 that all the siblings have been together. It was wonderful having the entire family together. We all thank Adrianne for obtaining your "out of House and Garden" townhouse for us. In all my travels and timeshare units, plus rentals, I never saw such a home as yours. You did a magnificant job in remodelling and decorating, down to all the "knick Knacks" and paintings in all the rooms. We all enjoyed your outdoor patio and grill. The bedspreads in all the rooms were beautiful. You really have "the touch" and should go into decorating. I did apprecaite your efforts. Thank you!

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely beach house. What a great location! It was our first time visiting any of the Delaware beaches and we thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a great family place. Your place was bright and cheery and we loved listening to the ocean while we slept; then just a short walk to the beach and our days began. So convenient and lovely. Hopefully we'll be back again.

We have really enjoyed your beautiful home at Bethany. Thank you for sharing it with us. We have been coming to Bethany for 45 years and this is by far the nicest place we've stayed. You've done such a nice job decorating and renovating it. We really appreciate having the gas grill to use. We hope to stay here again next year.

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful beach house with us. My daughter especially enjoyed the luxury of her own room at the top of the house-we named it the "birds nest". The location and special amenities like the gas grill and artwork make this a five star accomodation. This will be our first choice next time we return. This was our 8th time at BB since 1987
