Aloha Everyone! My house is now available for rent longterm - fully furnished and as described below for $2400/month. Non-paying friends and family as well as other qualifying transients may email for availability. (per Maui County Code section 19)

This unique structure is an elegant one bedroom house nestled in a quiet rural neighbourhood in Ha'iku Maui.

Its architecture was borrowed from the many old churches that adorn this enchanted island. In fact, the house is entirely new from the ground up, though tourists and locals alike have to look twice! It looks as though it has been here for over 100 years.

The inside remains true to form shunning drywall in favour of classic painted wood walls. 18 Foot ceilings, skylights and impressive custom trusses highlight the interior, and ocean views can be found through the traditional double hung windows.

Each window's view is a painting all its own. The kitchen is simple old style - historic cabinets for pantry and dishes, and a kitchen sink mounted in an antique chest with the added touch of a modern stainless steel fridge and gas stove. A Yamaha DC7 Concert Grand Player Piano rounds out the main living space. Swoon if you must!

At night the building glows under the warm light of halogen spots. The bedroom is secluded and cozy with soft carpeting and a King Size bed from which you can see the island of Moloka'i on a clear day.

The bathroom has a unique vanity with stainless sink and a regular shower stall. A glass door from the bathroom leads directly into the garden with views of the ocean and beyond.

The front of the house features a covered deck with ocean views. This property is perfect for singles or a couple looking for a beautiful house with beautiful views in a serene farm-like setting.

No Smoking Inside the house, Please. (Smokers are welcome to use the front porch!)
