Lovely, charming and welcoming, you will find our rentals appealing and home like.

Boathouse #1 has three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed, the second has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a double beds. There is also a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. This will provide enough sleeping space for up to eight people. A small balcony overlooking a water channel will provide a relaxing area to barbecue and enjoy the outdoors.

Boathouse #2 has two bedrooms and two bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two sets of bunk beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A very large,two level, roof top deck makes it easy to view Cedar Point, Kelley's Island, and all of Sandusky Bay.

Modern and warm decor throughout these apartments provides for a relaxing vacation.

    • We stayed in Boathouse #1 (3-bedroom) August 3-8, 2009. The six of us (husband, 4 teenagers and I) were very happy. It was bright, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was updated with new appliances, and the owner, Rich, was more than helpful (told us we could print off tickets to Cedar Point at the library, mailed us a forgotten DVD upon our return home, etc.). I would definitely come back again AND recommend this to a friend.

    • The 2 bedroom boathouse was wonderful, the apartment was clean and well stocked, 6 of us slept there and had plenty of blankets and towels for all. The view on the upper deck was the BEST! I never dreamt that the place would be so great. Rich, your place is a dream. It is also very easy to get to and from Cedar Point. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

    • We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment and Rich was very helpful. Photos do not do justice to this rental. The boathouse was clean, nice, spacious, conveniently located with all comforts of home. The second bathroom came in very handy. The view from the deck is spectacular. Thanks for allowing us to stay!!

    • Lovely apartment, very Clean! Beautiful view from the deck! We stayed in the 2 bedroom. Fresh towels and sheets! Plenty of room for 6 of us and the extra bathroom/shower on 1st floor came in handy. We would certainly stay there again! Thanks, Rich! (The Pittsburgh Family-Go Steelers and Pens!)

    • Clean, clean, clean!!! This place is cleaner than my house. It's so relaxing too. Easy to get to Cedar Point and rt 250. We hired Captain Slim (who rents the boat slip downstairs) to take us fishing. This is real convenient to everything. Please look no further. Stay here.

    • This apartment was great space for the 6 of us. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths helped in the morning rush. You can see the Cedar Point skyline from the bedroom windows. Nice and clean, and had everything we needed, from a nightlight in the bathroom to a pair of scissors. The full size kitchen had dishes, eating and cooking utensils, pots and pans, large bowls and pitchers. Even the grandkids thought it was a cool place to stay, way better than in a hotel room. Rich was very helpful with tips to get around the area. We will stay again!
