Nestled on 2400 acres of spectacular beach and bayfront, 8 miles east of Destin, Sandestin offers something for everyone.
Our house has been totally renovated, providing a serene and relaxing place to stay with beautiful golf course and bay views from the Master Suite, living room and sunroom. The pool is a short walk from our house along the Links Golf Course.
The entire house has travertine flooring, travertine tile in the bathrooms (including around the jetted spa tub in the master suite)Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (filtered water and ice included!) highlight the large kitchen that includes a bar area and pub table for entertaining. The sunroom includes one queen sleeper sofa and one twin sleeper sofa. The house has DSL and wireless internet. There are a total of 4 TVs (mostly flat screens) located in the bedrooms, sunroom and living area. Golf Cart is included in rental.
Resort amenities include 4 championship golf courses, making it one of the top Florida golf resorts, full-service marina, water sports, charter sailing and fishing, boutique, designer and outlet shopping, fine and casual dining, state-of-the-art fitness center, professional salon and day spa and fun children's programs. Over 7 miles of beach and bayfront.
We own 414 Linkside Lane and will give a 5% discount if you rent both!

Why the Owner Chose Linkside
We fell in love with Sandestin when we stay there for our Honeymoon. Linkside Village is very quaint, quiet and family friendly. We also like the ability to pull up to our unit and load off all of our things. The Golf Cart is one of our favorite activities as well as the pools and the beaches.

We just returned home from a ten day stay at Linkside 407, had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and very clean and nice. You can not go wrong by renting this house.

"Our favorite get-away" Once again, another great vacation. My Mom, my dog and I were fortunate enough to stay at 407 Linkside the last week of april. It feels like a home away from home. The house is always clean and has everything we need. My dog is happy here which is a big factor in planning out of town trips. The location could not be better. We can ride our bikes or take the golfcart almost everywhere we want to go. You have the golfcourse in your backyard, the beach just thru the tunnel, and great shopping and dining right there. Mom enjoys getting up early and doing her Bible reading on the back patio. Basically we loved everything about our stay and the only thing we did not like was when it was time to leave.

407 Linkside at Sandestin resort is an excellent place to stay for people of all ages. Clean, friendly, and very accommodating. The rental includes a golf cart for use which is a bonus and an enjoyment.

I enjoyed staying at this rental property in Sandestin. The furnishings are very attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is large, with many cabinets, and well furnished with all one needs to cook and serve a meal. The pub table in the kitchen is a great place for a casual meal for two. I appreciate the living room plus a sunroom, so if someone wants to watch TV in the sunroom, the other can read in the living room. It's convenient that an amenity card is available to use throughout the Sandestin resort. The big plus for me was that this property is pet friendly, since I stayed 5 weeks and was able to bring my dog. I'm looking forward to returning in February for another month's stay. I staid at this place a few months ago with my granparents and cousin!It was so beautiful and it had an amazing view!It was so beautiful and we are going back to stay at that same place on the last week of july!! thanks!!
