Oceanwalk is a luxury, gated community with all the ammenities of a fabulous resort. It is located across the street from one of the most beautiful, Car-Free beaches in Florida! You can relax in style and have a wonderful vacation in complete comfort! Oceanwalk now features two large Clubhouses, each with a gorgeous pool, hot tub and exercise rooms. The main clubhouse is complete with tennis, basketball and shuffle board courts and is a one minute walk from our fifth floor corner condo. Pedestrian access to the oceanfront beach is a relaxing five minute walk away.
You will be pleasantly pleased with our new fifth floor, three bedroom and two bath Corner Condo. It is a spacious unit with nearly 1800 square feet of air conditioned living space, plus two private balconies. The front balcony is adjacent to the living room/kitchen area, comes complete with an electric BBQ and Dining Table, plus a nice view of the Altantic Ocean. The second balcony is off of the Master Bedroom overlooking the Estuary and the Indian River. It is the perfect place to witness fabulous sunsets!
Our condo features a master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, with a premium pillowtop mattress, plush linens, plenty of drawer space, an armoire with TV, a comfy leather sitting chair with ottoman, and a private balcony with bar height table and swivel chairs. The large master bath features a whirlpool tub, shower, and double sinks, plus a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bedroom suite, and the third bedroom sports a trundle bed set. It is well equipped and we take great pride that is cleaned to perfection for your arrival.
The living room flows to the dining and kitchen area, and it opens up to the front balcony. The spacious living room has a leather sofa and love seat, chair and ottoman, plenty of light, plus an entertainment center with a 37" LCD TV, DVD, and stereo.
New Smyrna's oceanfront beaches are the best! You must take time to endulge yourself & enjoy its beauty! One of our favorite places to visit in New Smyrna Beach is Smyrna Dunes Park, located on the most northern tip of the peninsula. It is a pristine, 73 acre park with five ecosystems, ocean, river, dunes, scrub and saltwater marsh. The park is surrounded by water and is a great place for swimming,surfing, fishing, boating and shelling. It is fun to watch the fishing & charter boats come and go out the Atlantic Acean via the jetty at Ponce Inlet. Smyrna Dunes Park offers unique opportunities for naturalists, ecologists, students and the general public to view a large variety of animals, reptiles, marine life and vegetation. It is the perfect place to go for a picnic, relax and take in a sunrise or sunset!
New Smyrna Beach is a quaint seaside community. It is well known for its beautiful 7 mile strech of pristine beach, numerous parks, boating, fishing, golf, great Health Spas, Art Galleries, Fine Restaurants of just about every cuisine, and nice, friendly people. New Smyrna Beach is sometimes referred to as the "Mayberry of Orlando!!!"
New Smyrna Beach has been voted one of Florida's Top Ten Beaches. Its historic downtown is known for its quaint shops,rustic taverns, great restaurants, and a 1920 Drugstore with a real soda fountain, not to mention our numerous art galleries and parks. New Smyrna Beach was named one of the "100 Best Small Art Towns in America." There are lots of things for you to do in New Smyrna Beach & create some fantastic vacation memories.
NASA Shuttle launches from the Kennedy Space Center, which is located about an hour directly south of New Smyrna Beach, can be easily viewed while sitting on our beach and looking to the southeast. Shuttle launches are spectacular and definitely an event you shouldn't miss!

- Our beautiful Car-Free Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Our beach is delightful for surfing, fishing, walking, swimming & for soaking up the rays! 4 great golf courses are in the area, several outstanding Health Spas, Fine Restaurants, Art Galleries & numerous partks for your enjoyment. Ponce Inlet is a nice place to visit & climb to the top of the Historic Light House. Canaveral National Seashore is 3 minutes away. It is a 57,000 acres Nalional Park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It is one of the largest stretches of pristine coastline in the U.S.A. & is located directly south of New Smyrna Beach. The oldest city in the U.S.A., St. Augustine, is about one hour away. Daytona Beach Airport and International Speedway are about 25 minutes away. Orlando attractions including Walt Disney Parks, Universal Studio, and Sea World are about 90 minutes away..just the perfect way to spend a day & then come back to our wonderful beach with soft sea breezes.
