Our Villas are situated right opposite Discovery Bay beach hotel and the Limegrove Lifestyle Center which is an upmarket new shopping complex.
It is within walking distance to Holetown (five minutes), the beach (three minutes) and all amenities. Perfectly located to close enough and yet far enough to enjoy a quiet holiday when you need to.
Three days a week maid service or daily if you like is totally at your request. The pool and gardens are maintained daily.
Broad band high speed internet is available. In addition you may hire a villa vehicle for your vacation usage.

Beautiful,Quiet, Private Pool Villas, Close to Beach and Shops
Why the Owner Chose Holetown
I chose this location because it seemed like a good place for an investment property . I purchase the land in the 1990s and built the first building in 2000/2001. There is a story to holiday rental business. Back in 2001, when the first building was being completed,an American who has been coming to Barbados for over 25 years and staying on the West coast, saw the building almost complete, and after inquiring, paid me 50% of what i ask, for him to stay there for a month the following year. That gentleman and his wife has been coming every year since then, to the same villa for the whole month of February (including this year 2010!!). THis is where my practice of taking 50% on booking and the balance on arrival came from!!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
I would say the biggest benefit is being within an easy safe walk to Holetown, the premiere tourist city in Barbados, where you find the finest restaurants, shops, hotels, beach and beach activities. The next biggest benefit is having a spacious (1750 sq ft), clean, beautiful modern townhouse style villa with a private pool (or spa) and tropical gardens at a fraction of the cost of the hotels in the area. Yet with your own space and convenience. The third benefit is that, although you are close enough to walk everywhere in Holetown and its environs, you are far enough away from the main road, to avoid the noise and to enjoy tropical serenity with humming birds and butterflies in the gardens and the occasional tropical green monkey!!
