This lovely beach house is located on site #1144 in a 5 Star family resort and is just 200 feet from the ocean. It has been completely remodeled, and is bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The living room has new wood flooring and new carpeting has been installed in the bedrooms. The house is within easy walking distance to the ocean.
The house features 2 bedrooms with queen-size and full-size beds and 2 full baths complete with tubs and showers. There is a queen-size Hide-A-Bed and 25" TV in the Living Room. The modern kitchen has a bright and separate dining area. Relax and enjoy meals on the deck while you view the ocean. Parking is an ease, with the paved, pull through drive.
Ocean Lakes is a gated community with 24 hour security and life guards patrolling the one mile long renourished beach. Facilities include an activity center, restaurant, indoor pool, an Olympic-size outdoor pool, miniature golf, shuffleboard, basketball, and playgrounds. Organized activities are offered for both children and adults.
The 10 mile an hour speed limit makes this a truly safe place for the kids. There is a store, Laundromats, and snack bar. Sunday church service. Golf carts are available for rental, and in the evening you can cruise the park and stop at the snack bar for a delicious treat.
Nearby attractions include all that Myrtle Beach has to offer, plus the best seafood buffets on the East Coast. Discount tickets for golf and local attractions are available at the Recreation Center Office for guests.
