Come stay at our Spinnaker beach villa!
From the spacious living and dining areas, you have spectacular views across a lagoon onto the 18th green of the Crooked Oaks Championship Golf Course and past that, the first fairway. The expanse of floor-to-ceiling windows takes great advantage of this vista, and invites you to observe herons and other birds, as well as water life in the lagoon.
Our convenient location is just a three minute walk to the beach, golf, dining, and kids play area; just beyond are two adult pools and a baby pool, a fitness center, bike rentals, and the Seabrook Shoppe. Note that 721 Spinnaker Beachhouse is in the closest of the four Spinnaker entrances. This prime location nearest the hub of activities is a great asset for those who prefer to walk to these amenities.
Our villa has a screened in porch and an open deck, plus two balconies off the upstairs master bedroom (King). You get a peek at the ocean, and outstanding sunsets, from the west balcony; from the east balcony, you can see sunrises, and again, super views of the golf courses.
As you enter our villa, the kitchen is on the right. We recently installed a new dishwasher, microwave, and range. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. A laundry area is off the kitchen, with washer and dryer. The living room has a queen sleep sofa. For entertainment, the étagère holds a TV and DVD/VCR. The dining room table has three supplemental leaves - keep it small, or expand it for additional capacity. The remainder of this level includes a Bedroom (Twins) with a sofa and a bathroom.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with attached bath and large closet. A second TV and phone are also in the master bedroom.
To help make your stay pleasant and carefree, our full service management company has 24/7 reception in the nearby Freshfields Shopping Center. You can get keys, car pass, amenity cards, and information at this center. The staff are on call to handle housekeeping needs. Our Seabrook Island Club membership enables you to participate in golf, tennis, pools, fitness, and equestrian activities. Ask upon check-in about hours and fees.
Seabrook Island is a gated community - it is tranquil and safe. While it is not commercial, there are many things to do at Seabrook. With two championship 18-hole golf courses, 12 Har-Tru composition tennis courts, several pools, an equestrian center, a fitness center, biking, playgrounds, and more - those who like active sports will be very happy. There is much opportunity for fishing and crabbing on the island. Just outside the gate at the Bohicket Marina, boat excursions and other water-related activities can be arranged. However, you may simply prefer to stroll the miles of sandy beaches, the dolphins and pelicans at play or pick up shells and sand dollars. Or just relax by the water.
For those who want to explore, Seabrook is just 30 minutes from Charleston, a charming city, full of restaurants, galleries and shops, lovely gardens, and historic homes and plantations. We can tell you about some of our favorite places in Charleston. Charleston is home to Spoleto Festival in late spring, and hosts many other special events throughout the year.
