Our studio, which we affectionately call "Mermaid Cove," is a great place to spend your vacation! You will enjoy our award-winning beaches, kayaking, bicycling, and more. Stroll across the street to the Pelayo beach access in the early evening to watch the beautiful sunsets. You will find the living is very easy at Seagrove Beach.
Mermaid Cove is a wonderfully romantic get-away for couples, but if you have young children, they will be delighted with our cheerful beach condo. It truly is a special place at a very special beach.
Spend your vacation at our large first-floor hideaway Hidden Beach Villas, a part of the "Old Florida" that is hard to find. Relive the sleepy days of the Seagrove Beach you know and love so well as you relax by the pool or sit at the private patio watching the dragonflies glide over the grassy courtyard. Located within walking distance to Seaside and fine dining and shopping such as Cafe 30-A, Angelina's, and Seagrove Plaza.
Mermaid Cove is filled with cheerful Florida colors. The well-equipped maple cabinet kitchen features a full-sized smooth top oven with an over-the-counter microwave, designed to make cooking fun and easy (we even provide the cookbooks). There are plenty of melamine plates and bowls if you have young children with you, too.
The furnishings are very comfortable, with a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa. You will love the little extras such as the fluffy towels in the bathroom and the oversized shower curtain rod and tilt vanity mirror. There are plenty of magazines, games and puzzles at your disposal. We know you will have a wonderful vacation at our home in the heart of Seagrove Beach!
For the comfort of all our guests, we have a no-smoking policy. You must be over 25 years old to make a reservation, and the maximum occupancy is four persons (two adults and two children). Outside the front door you will find convenient parking. There is also a covered breezeway with bicycle racks.

Why the Owner Chose Hidden Beach Villas
The beaches are very beautiful and even in the height of the season they're never very crowded. The communities along the beach road 30-A are all so different and wonderful. We enjoy visiting nearby Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach and who could resist the rustic historic town of Grayton Beach? We've been visiting for nearly 20 years and love it as much now as on the first day!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We like being only 150 yards from the beach. It's so easy to cross the street to the lovely Pelayo Beach access with its benches at the top of the bluff, perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. We like the old-fashioned look of Hidden Beach Villas. It's one of the few old condominiums along 30-A and it's so charming. However, we appreciate all the modern amenities of our happy little studio condo once inside the doors. It's good to have a well-equipped kitchen!

This studio unit is a great size for a couple. The furnishings are adorable and tasteful. My daughter and I enjoyed our time at Seagrove and are looking forward to the Summer of 2012 (planning on another trip, or two, or three).
