Our home has it all for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Just bring your personal's everything else is there. We are located in Boone, minutes to ASU-off Road 105 five minutes from shopping and restaurants on 321. You can relax outside on the wrap around deck and large lot and listen to the Creek which runs along side the house.
*Newly renovated in 2009, new tile, kitchen cabinets, furniture, new carpeting, new shower, etc.
*Sleeps six and the upstairs bedrooms are large with Queen-size beds and we have inflatable beds which fits in both bedrooms...Great for kids.
*Spring,Summer and Fall are just beautiful with everything blooming and the winters are breath taking with the snow everywhere.
Once there you will hate to leave.

I always wanted a home in the mountains. My home is the Swiss Chalet style with all the comforts. Close to shopping, skiing, restaurants and the University, but still in the mountain atmosphere.

Love the style of the home the closeness to everything without being in the main stream of things. Skiing close by and the yard is fantastic for kids.

My husband and I have been in Boone for the past 6 months and rented this home durning our stay here. This rental is ideal for anyone needing to rent while they are in Boone. Shopping, downtown and ASU college is 10 to 15 minutes away. The location of this rental is private with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace, not to mention the view. The owners have made it very comfortable and have always been helpful with any needs that may occur. This rental is clean and well maintained and we highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a place to rent.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thank you for sharing your adorable chalet with us. We really enjoyed it. It is wonderfully thoughtful and practical all of the hooks in the bathroom an the huge supply of towels. The kitchen is necely stocked even though we did not have time to cook. The beds were comfortable. We were amazed how close to ASU it is. All in all the homey feeling and it is clean and set up nicely. We thank you for sharing your home with us. Hopefully you will not mind us renting in the future. We found it so pleansant and convienient.

My family really enjoyed our stay here this past week. The chalet had all the comforts of home and then some. We used the hot tub every day. Our kids loved playing in the yard and the playroom. We did one of the puzzles together at the table in the playroom. We appreciated the premium movie channels for nightly movies. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and washcloths. Our only complaints would be the lack of air conditioning (there was a heat wave there this week) and the roosters right next store (6am wake up from rooster crowing) Overall, we highly recommend this conveniently located, lovely home to everyone! Thank you!
Owner response:Usually in the Mountains you do not need a/c that often but we have now put in Window a/c units in bedrooms and in the living dinning room area We now have a/c units
