AMONG OUR PERKS: Our home has HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. Each bedroom has CCTV w/VCR and/or DVD player. The living area has a NEW 46" widescreen HDTV and Blu-Ray player, + premium cable channels including On Demand Channels such as HBO, Showtime, & Prime Time, and is loaded with many other premium channels as well. Also new is fresh carpeting in livng & bedroom areas (replacing that shown in photos), cheerfully upholstered glider/swivel rockers w/ottoman in livng room (replacing those in photo), new deluxe Paula Dean cookware in our well equipped kitchen, new full sized wall oven. New beach chairs, floats, etc. also provided. We are continually maintaining and updating.
DELIGHT IN FRESH CUT FLOWERS from our landscaped grassy back lawn w/privacy fence. ENJOY FRESH HERBS such as Rosemary, Mint, Parsley, and Basil all growing in the garden for your culinary delight.
THE MAIN FLOOR (2d floor) has Master BR w/California King bed and full bath, large living/dining area, fully supplied kitchen, one-half bath, full service laundry room, covered front and back porches, and open back deck. Rooms are generously proportioned and have closets and/or cupboards.
THE UPPER LEVEL (3d floor) has Queen and Twin Bedrooms with an adjoining full bath, all operating on a separate central air and heat system, and has a privacy door allowing it to be closed off from the main level.
THE GROUND LEVEL has tandem two car garage, and you can access the home via covered front stairs and porch or the private back stairs and porch. Inside the enclosed garage is also where you will locate the gas grill, beach chairs, and a fully enclosed hot/cold "outdoor" shower. There is a more private entry to the home from the back side off the garage area, with stairs leading up to the open deck and covered back porch.
THE OUTSIDE FRONT of this home has a covered stairway leading to covered front porch and main entry. A double wide concrete driveway and sidewalk leading up and down the island provide safe and convenient off-street walking, skateboarding, biking, jogging and exploring of the area. Also at ground level under porch cover is a convenient foot wash area.
RATES QUOTED include reservation fees, insurance in lieu of deposit, departure cleaning and bed linens on full week rentals only. State & local taxes are 13.75% and are in addition to rates quoted. You can also add optional trip insurance, rent additional items, and even lower your rate by making a refundable deposit instead of opting for the damage waiver insurance. Partial weeks are available ONLY during off season, and you must add reservation fees, insurance in lieu of deposit, departure cleaning, and 13.75% state and local taxes. WITHIN APPROX ONE MILE are the conveniences of a new Food Lion grocery and WalGreens Pharmacy, pizza & sandwich shops, small restaurants, quaint shops, fresh fish markets, coffee shops, local bookstore, ice cream parlors, etc. Bicycle and beach sports rentals are available on the island. Sidewalks and backstreets are perfect for biking, skating, walking, or jogging. Boating enthusiasts will be more than satisfied with the availability of the marina and fishing charters. A bit further away, but within just a few minutes are numerous courses for the golf enthusiast.

On the intracoastal waterway with great views from most seats in the restaurant. Laid back and casual atmosphere. Inexpensive. Great casual cuisine. Our favorite place for late afternoon lunch.
Fresh Seafood Market--excellent! They also have upscale seafood dining next door.
