Thank you for viewing our Crystal Shores West Condominium! I AM A licensed realtor with Remax Gulf Properties in Perdido Key and rent my own units personally and have for years. Please feel free to ask for any # of references business and personal before you rent. I am also a licensed nurse by profession .
Our 3 br unit has pleased all of our guests. It custom decorated with Custom cornices and drapes in all rooms. The combo dining room has table with 8 elegant parsons chairs and 2 bar stool at the bar. In the den you will be very comfortable on our leather sofa (queen sleeper) and loveseat. There are also tropical chairs.
The coordinating fabric on pillows and cornices is "Key Largo" which is spa blue in color and is also tropical. There is a enclosed TV armoire equipped with a 27"tv/dvd/vcr and radio/cd player. The patio has a tropical table with 4 chairs and 1 comfortable lounge chair and is the length of the den and master bedroom and about 8'in width.
The kitchen is equipped with all stainless appliances and granite countertops. The floors are tile in the kitchen, dining and den. There is carpet in both bedrooms.
The 3 br unit is a beautiful corner unit. Our unit has a wrap-around balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Breathtaking views from the floor-to-ceiling windows adorned in custom window treatments in every room of the Condominium. Each bedroom also has its own full-size bath.
The master is gulf front with a king luxury mattress, TV and DVD. The guest bedroom has a queen and the other bedroom has two double beds with tv and dvd. The entire living area is tiled and the kitchen is upgraded with stainless appliances.The utility room is EXTRA LARGE TOO. The only thing missing is you.
This building is one of the newly constructed highrises on west beach with a indoor outdoor pool, fitness room, and game room.
We Also Have a New 2 BR/2 Bath Unit Which Sleeps 6 in Destin and a 3 br unit at Portofino Resort on Pensacola Beach Call for Availability.The calendar is for the 3 br unit.
NOTE: This is a No Smoking and No Pets condominium.

Great vacation spot! My family and I had so much fun. Time spent with my family was priceless! The weather was great, the condo was beautiful, and the ocean was very close. My husband loved the fishing. The view from the balcony was amazing! Ivy was awesome to work with. We can't wait to go back. We have already started to plan to see if we can go back next year! Overall, the resort was wonderful. Thank you so much!!!

Ivy, sorry I haven't written sooner. My husband and I rented your 3 bedroom condo for the month of November and it was wonderful. My husband has cancer and we were looking for a place to rest and recuperate and found the perfect place. Ivy was wonderful to work with and answered all questions quickly. Our children and grandchildren all came down during the month (at different times) and we had plenty of room. The discription of condo and pictures were very accurate. Very close to good restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this condo and will plan on renting again in the future. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Betty

I stayed here with my husband, two children and my parents. It was an excellent location, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and game room very much as the weather happened to be terrible. The condo was very nice and the owner was kind enough to send my child's security blanket back after we forgot it. HIghly recommended.

Ivy, Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo. It was AMAZING. I have to say, I had never used VBRO website before and was very leery in doing so. I work as a fraud analyst, so I am very nervous of mailing funds to an individual. I am extremely glad I took the chance. Your condo was PERFECT for me and my family For anyone reading this message……. You will be extremely pleased with this 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit. It has more than enough room, the view is fantastic, the beds are comfy, it is in a great location to all the local shops, restaurants, the pool is great and… great access to the beach. The condo is very well kept, and decorated very nicely. Ivy is a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to make your stay SPECIAL. We just returned yesterday after staying in your 3 bdrm unit for eight nights. We all had a wonderful time with our two kids and their families. Time together passed just too fast. The condo was beautiful and perfect in every way. Thanks for the free internet service. We kept Walgreens busy with daily uploads of pics. Everyone loved the pool. Perfect for any age. We also loved the short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the large wrap around corner balcony with plenty of room for everyone to see the dolphins each morning and for the beautiful view relaxing on the balcony during the day. We also appreciated all of the closet space. Everything was nicely out of view and tucked away. We have never had a large pantry before for our dry goods and that was extra nice too. Then, on top of that Ivy, you out did your self with the stock of cleaning supplies and paper products that were at our use. I don't think there is enough room on here to express how happy and pleased we were with our stay here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! See you next summer!!

Hello Ivy, I have wanted to write you for a while to tell you how much we liked staying in your condo in gulf shores (we were there Sept 22-24), finally I'm getting round to it. It is a great condo, we had a wonderful time and even my wife (who is very, very "picky") was amazed at how new and clean and tidy everything was. So once again, thanks a lot !
