  • Condo has it all

"This is a wonderful top floor condo with a great view of El Anclote Restaurant Row and the beach, Banderas Bay and the Marietas Islands. The condo complex is gated with 24/7 security personnel. The unit is spacious, beautifully furnished, and all the technology works perfectly. Wifi, TV, phones, music, fans, A/C, etc. The maid and cleaning service are superb. She does an outstanding job. We are here off season, and it is very quiet and peaceful in the condo complex and in the town of Punta de Mita. The town has a very safe, friendly feeling. There are several ATMs, but no bank. If you go to one of the banks in Bucerias to exchange money into pesos, don't forget to bring your passport! The boat trip to Islas Marietas is a must do, and cost 1400 pesos through the coop, plus 28 pesos each for park entry. The panga trip takes about 2 hours. The blue and yellow footed boobies on the islands are amazing. Stand up paddle boarding is fun, and cost 150 pesos per hour. Surfing lessons set us back 60 usd per hour. Snorkeling wasn't too great, due to the cloudiness of the water. Swimming in the pool and the ocean are both lovely, with warm water both places. A taxi from PVR airport was 900 pesos, and taking the public bus back to PVR is 28 pesos per person. There's a young lady in town who sells delicious tamales for 10 pesos each. She's out selling them between 4 and 6pm, along the waterfront and near El Campo, where the soccer field is. The mini-supermarkets in town have prices comparable to what we found at the Mega in Bucerias. Our favorite is about 3 blocks away on Ave Pescadores with red Coca-Cola awnings. Chris, the host for this condo is very accommodating and easy to do business with. We would definitely recommend this for a safe, luxurious, mellow (at least this time of year) vacation."

  • Perfect Birthday!

"My family of 5 had a wonderful 9 nights at your condo! The concierge had everything we requested upon arrival. The condo was spacious enough for our 3 sons yet it also felt like home. We loved the outdoor extended living area and the pool was great for Marco Polo games. Situated above the golf course was PERFECT because my husband and I golfed early every morning and we could text the boys when we were near. The golf cart provided was excellent and got us to all of the beach clubs. We really had no worries and felt perfectly at home. Thank you so much for the opportunity to call your condo ours for this vacation."

  • Amazing

"Due to the recent hurricane in Cabo we had to scramble to find an alternative site for the fall vacation we previously planned there. A neighbor recommended Hacienda de Mita and through VRBO, we choose this ocean front condo. I contacted the owners directly and they were a pleasure to work with. They put us in touch with the concierge service immediately and provided valuable information on logistics for our visit. They also followed up with us during the trip to make sure our needs were met. Berta, the cook and housekeeper, was tremendous. Being of Mexican heritage, I am very picky about what I consider good Mexican food and Berta did not disappoint. Her ceviche, enchiladas, rellenos, homemade tortillas and other Mexican dishes were delicious. The condo is spacious, well appointed, clean and well situated next to the beach and pool. The other amenities of beach clubs, gym facilities, tennis courts, and beautiful golf courses made this a first class vacation. We look forward to returning."
