"Heather's families condo was far better than we expected. It was very spacious and very clean, I honestly can't say enough great things about the condo itself. You really don't need to bring anything but food and clothes, the condo had it all. One thing I forgot to mention to Heather.... just be careful when using the dryer, try not to put anything with a string in it. We ruined a couple a shorts and shirts with pull strings because they got caught up in the door area of the dryer and were torn off. This is nit-picky but good to know. The 5th floor is nice, the views are ok..... the front door view is better than the balcony view. If you are there to sit on the lanai then you will be limited to seeing the gulf, the unit is actually to the far left of the picture shown, with only about a 1/3 of the view. We weren't able to hear the gulf waves either, and this had nothing to do with the condo.... sadly storms have formed a 5 foot wall of sand down on the beach, cutting the beach size in half, but also stopping the sounds from even reaching the pool area. Again, all minor things.... depends on your preferences. The location of the condo was great, far to the south of all the noise of Siesta Key and Crescent beaches, but only a 10 minute drive. Siesta Key and Crescent beaches offer the traditional white soft sand that I'm sure most beach goers expect. Island Reef is on Turtle beach, and the sand there is dark and very very hot, you will need shoes. The pool was huge, with more than enough room for multiple people, and very well maintained, with nice bathrooms as well. The complex has shuffleboard, ping pong, and tennis courts, all of which we used. The grills are located by the pool with tables big enough for a large family. Overall our family had a great vacation!"

  • Great unit

"This is a lovely unit with many nice updated features. Siesta Breakers is positioned so almost all units have a nice view of the gulf. Directly across the street are a small market, restaurant and marina. #307 has a wonderful view of the beach and lovely sunsets. The owner added so many nice touches in addition to new furnishings. They have tons of towels and sheets, beach towels, toys for kids, games and umbrellas. The building offers chairs on the beach. Our only downside was the fact that construction was going on. The pool looked nice; however we couldn’t use it because of the work and noise. Overall, it is a great location!"

  • Wonderful Memories Made

"On the way to the property, I realized that I had done exactly what I was not supposed to do and forgot the information packet with my access code (doh!). The property manager responded within minutes and was very nice and made sure I had all the information I needed despite my mess up. The property was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described and pictured in the photos. We were able to walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants (Clayton's is a hidden gem). On our first night, we walked down to the beach and my boyfriend proposed!! Needless to say, that was the highlight of our trip :) After calling our families/close friends, we spent the rest of the weekend relaxing and enjoying being newly engaged. We really enjoyed lazy afternoons by the pool. I was very impressed by how well equipped the kitchen was too - we made some great meals there! We definitely look forward to visiting again - I can see us celebrating anniversaries and having family vacations at this comfortable, cozy and relaxing beach house :)"

  • Can't get any closer to the beach! Adorable little cottage.

"Great little unit tucked away on Siesta Key. The unit was a great find for my husband and I. My brother lives less than a mile away so we had lots of opportunity to spend time together. We are not fans of condos or hotels. This was cozy, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. There was plenty of storage space to stash everything away so it was neat at all times. The kitchen is small but it lacks nothing. We ate out most of the time. Senor Siesta was an awesome find. Delicious Latin Cuisine. My brother, who has lived on Siesta Key for 25 years, hadn't even heard of this one. The grill was handy. The private patio was our favorite spot. With the gate open we could see the beach. Had a lazy day one day and curled up in the very comfortable living room with a good book. The bed was very comfortable. Manager Jim was very helpful and most accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
