"We had a wonderful long weekend (2 kids and parents). The kids had the autonomy to run around the property and visit the farm animals multiple times a day. The property caretaker also provided the kids with apples and grain to feed them on various days, which made both the animals and kids very happy. The property is very close to Langley and other towns, but once you are at the cabin it is quiet, cozy and dark. Perfect for sleeping in - which the kids did until 10am one morning. It's perfect for convenience to the Freeland grocery, hikes and other fun adventures on the Island (Saratoga Putney woods and Double Bluff Beach). It feels like you are isolated but you are not. The owners were also extremely helpful before our arrival and during our stay (offered freshly caught crab). We definitely want to go back again."

"Spent a long weekend with friends to celebrate a birthday. The home was clean, well furnished, comfortable, and had breathtaking views. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were lovely, and we felt at home quickly. Lovely - can't wait to go back!"

"We were a middle aged couple looking for a relaxing break. The house was immaculately clean, very spacious, in a perfect setting and fully equipped. It was the ideal position to enjoy the views of Puget Sound as well as touring through the Olympic National Park. We took advantage of the many boat trips on offer from Port Townsend, sampled the local wine and cuisine and spent a morning exploring Fort Flagler, amongst other things.
Definitely a property I would recommend."
