Ocean front studio (8th floor) located in Myrtle Beach Resort Renaissance Tower at 5905 S Kings Hwy Myrtle Beach, SC 29575. (*Resort requires renters to be a minimum of 23 years old.*) Sleeps 1-6 (1 queen bed, 1 fold out full-size sleeper sofa, and a set of built in bunk beds). 1 bathroom (tub in shower), and a modest, but fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave oven, pot style coffeemaker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, iron & ironing board).
*We try our best to keep the freezer stocked with KOOL POPS for kids of all ages, enjoy!! : )
All bath towels and bedding are included. ALL towels, blankets, comforters, linens, etc are laundered/changed after each guest!! We want you to be able to relax and be comfortable in freshness during your stay!
*BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, please pack your own.
Our studio has the following cleaning "starter kit":
*2 rolls of toilet paper
*2 hand soaps (1 in kitchen, 1 in bathroom)
*1 roll of paper towel
*a handful of single load dishwasher detergents
*1 bottle liquid dishwasher soap for hand-washing dishes
*a handful of single load laundry detergents
*trash bags for kitchen and bathroom baskets
2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and 1 Xbox in studio.
Resort amenities include multiple indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs, lazy river, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, shuffle board, charcoal grill picnic areas, fitness room, coin operated laundry room, sauna, 2 dining facilities (1 being the resort's oceanfront cabana bar), small shop open seasonally etc...
Resort has multiple parking lots. Parking is first come, first serve. No assigned spots, except handicapped.
*All or part of the Refundable Security Deposit may be kept by owner due to, but not limited by: lost key, excessively dirty/ruined towels and linens (think makeup, hair dye, bodily fluids), lost/broken remotes, broken electronic devices (tv, dvd players, xbox, etc...) We want you to enjoy what we have provided, please take care of it responsibly : ) We know accidents happen, and we ask that if anything breaks during your stay that you notify us immediately so we can repair and/or replace at our earliest convenience. It is always best to give us a heads up so we know when coming to clean what is needed. you've heard it said, "Honesty is the best policy", and we agree : )
