Vieni a visitare la nostra unità ristrutturata. Letto matrimoniale al piano principale e letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto a soppalco che i bambini adorano!

La nostra unità è al 3 ° piano e non c'è ascensore. Si prega di notare se ci sono problemi di mobilità. Ti preghiamo di tenerlo presente al momento della prenotazione.

Cucina completamente attrezzata.

Rilassati in una delle due piscine: una coperta e una all'aperto, più 2 vasche idromassaggio interne e una sauna.

I condomini Summitt si trovano nella zona dello Chalet Village vicino alla cima di Ski Mountain e offrono viste panoramiche sulle montagne. Ricorda che gli orsi attraversano spesso le strade, quindi guida con attenzione. La strada è tortuosa e ripida a volte, quindi fai attenzione quando li navighi. Una volta arrivati al complesso c'è un ampio parcheggio

Questo resort è situato in cima alle montagne, ma convenientemente situato a Ober Gatlinburg (1. 5 miglia), al centro di Gatlinburg (3 miglia) e all'ingresso del Parco Nazionale. Troverai molte attività per tutta la famiglia! Escursionismo, shopping, minigolf, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies e ovviamente una cucina raffinata ti stanno aspettando. Assicurati di dare un'occhiata a Pigeon Forge e Dollywood situati a poche miglia di distanza. Che tu sia raggomitolato davanti al caminetto a legna (con legna illimitata gratuita in dotazione), ammiri i siti intorno alla città o semplicemente semplicemente goditi le più incredibili viste sulle montagne tutto l'anno, ti ritroverai a voler tornare più e più volte!

C'è un ferro e asse da stiro per il vostro uso. Le pulizie ti forniscono asciugamani, lenzuola, rotolo di carta igienica (di avviamento), asciugamani di carta, sapone, detersivo per piatti sufficiente per lavare un carico e un sacco della spazzatura. Il resort offre una lavanderia automatica a gettoni situata nell'edificio degli uffici, a pochi passi dall'unità. Il resort dispone anche di 2 grill a gas (gas fornito), insieme a 2 tavoli da picnic, per cucinare e mangiare all'aperto.

Great place at a great location

Great place close to downtown gatlinburg via ski mtn road or if you're going to the park you can hop on the bypass. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner!

Few things,

Just a few things, but otherwise it was enjoyable for us. If you don’t like mountain roads, probably not the place for you. Other than that. We had a great time.

Wonderful stay

Perfect place to stay! Everything was clean and the owners were very nice. Kids loved that we had an indoor pool to swim in. I loved how far away it was from all the busy downtown strip yet close enough to go there . Also a great price , allowed our family to stay an extra few days.

Cozy space, great location!

Convenient with a lovely view on the mountain. Minutes from downtown. A bit crowded with four of us but it worked out okay. We'd definitely stay again.

Had a great time! Nice location.

We loved our stay! This was a great easy location from Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain National Park. Being the first unit in the complex was super easy to find as well. The windy, steep roads weren’t an issue for us as we are used to driving in the mountains.

Budget Friendly

Great location and perfect space for 2. Nothing fancy but what is needed for a few days away. The facility grounds aren’t in great condition but the unit was fine for what we needed. Quiet area! Affordable!

Perfect

This place is up in the mountains, so the beautiful scenic drive alone is worth it! The room was cozy and clean and perfect for my little family of four. Great views, close to town, and a plus that they had not only an outdoor pool but an indoor pool with two jacuzzis. We were not disappointed!

Nice stay!

The drive to the chalet is exactly as described, at the top of the mountain. My husband and I enjoyed the drive up, very scenic especially with all the snow! Perfect for a small family of four. The upstairs did get a bit stuffy I would recommend a fan for someone who gets warm often (my husband), I did not mind, I prefer it warm. Wonderful stay and Debra was super helpful and answered my calls/texts immediately. My husband is already planning out next trip! Wonderful stay.

Family vacation

This was our first family vacation in the mountains. It was more than what we expected. The kid's love the experience overall. The view was wonderful. It was small and cozy for us three. Made it more homey for us. I would recommend it for a small family. The owners was wonderful. We got to meet them and they were very welcoming and friendly.

Illegal activity

Many of the guests were feeding a family of bears that stayed in that area. This is a major problem and a danger to all of your guests. I would hate to hear of someone’s child being killed because of this. They were being fed, crossing right at the pool area. A mother and two cubs could turn into someone’s worst nightmare please do something to deter this.

Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable

This unit was perfect for a single dad with two boys. Well equipped and met all of our expectations. We used the gas grill one evening to cook burgers out. The pools and whirlpools were perfect to relax after a long hiking or amusement parks. One evening after getting out of the pool and headed to the unit, we got to see a bear! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and plenty of memories.

Terrible shower head, sprayed everywhere except on you. Staircase is too close to the bed.

Drive not for those without experience with mountain driving

I can’t comment at all about the property as we never saw it. We had no experience with mountain driving and decided to abandon our rental because the roads were so steep, narrow and winding. Although it is mentioned in the listing unless you’re experienced with mountain driving it is pretty frightening. We couldn’t see the road over the hood of the car in a couple of spots and just didn’t feel safe trying to get all the way to the rental. The owner seems nice.

Just what we needed!

We loved this property and would stay here again. When the property manager/owner says to be aware of bears around your unit. She’s not joking! What an experience. So much better than being in town in the middle of the chaos. The trip up (and down) the mountain is not for the faint of heart, but it was such an adventure! The upstairs area was a little warm (I recommend bringing a small fan of you have one), but luckily the two who slept up stairs prefer to be warm when they sleep. The a/c downstairs worked super well!!! The only other thing I’d change would be the shower head…still functional, but lots of little leaks and water going every which way. Really, such small things we’d definitely stay there again! Debra was great with communication!!

Third Floor Condo

The Summit an older facility and showing wear and tear. Saw a bear hanging out one morning at the playground. Pros: Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is updated. Beds are comfortable. Updated flooring, no carpet. Pools are nice, we enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi and pool due to rain. Park at the door. Cons: Several flights of steps to get to third floor, no elevator. The condo needs a good cleaning. Oven dirty, floors and baseboards as well. The balcony needs furniture and the flooring cleaned. There is no view of the mountains from the balcony. You are looking at the rear of two other three story condo buildings and the tops of a few trees. Bottom Line: For the price it is good. I doubt we would stay at the Summit again.

Review of property

So when we got to the condo there wasn’t any indoor pool like was advertised nothing in the advertisement said it was under construction. It showed MT. View and we had tree view couldn’t see over them, the place wasn’t clean. Their was a cockroach in the upstairs bedroom which I took a pic of I called the property owner and requested I get my money back and she refused. I booked for 6 nights we stayed 1 night and then got a hotel for the rest of our stay which was amazing. I never got my deposit back for when I checked out. The owner of this property didn’t take any of my concerns serious and basically laughed on the phone when I spoke with her. I would not recommend this place for anyone who is wanted to rent from her.
