The Best

This is our 2nd time staying at this house. The owners go above and beyond to make the visit extra special. Our favorite surprises were coffee bar, homemade cookies and s’more kits. Thank you!!

USAFA GRADUATION 2022

The property was wonderful, as it was perfectly described online. Everything was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The layout was wonderful. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom which was very nice. The grandparents took the other two bedrooms and shared the jack-and-jill bathroom. These bedrooms were all on the main level. The graduate and my other sons stayed in the bedrooms downstairs. The theater room was awesome. We all piled in to enjoy a movie, especially with the snow and poor weather. The cookies were a special touch, along with the s’mores fixings. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using them. Thankfully, the weather cleared for a beautiful graduation!!! Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owners. I would highly recommend this home for any USAFA event because the location is very convenient to North Gate. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Beautiful home, great location

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Beautiful home with everything you could need and then some! Owners provided us with special treats in the fridge including delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies and all the fixins for s’mores. Very nice touch and extremely thoughtful. The location was easy access for our Colorado Springs adventures. Highly recommend this home. Owners were delightful to work with.

USAFA Graduation 2021

Beautiful home with an amazing view! There were very thoughtful considerations made from host such as yummy chocolate chip cookies and all the ingredients for Smores that we made on the fire pit! We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Hosts wonderful property

Beautiful home will all ammenties as listed. Great home base for work or vacation in the Colorado Springs area. Short drive to USAFA, Olympic Training Center, Garden of the Gods, etc. Well kept and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for family get away. We will surely stay again when in the Colorado Springs area. We rented three VRBO homes in this area to attend a family reunion. All three hosts were very accomodating. Our family is very appreciative of them.

Family Get Together

We found our stay at the Andrew's property to be all that we were expecting. The property was perfect for our group of ten and contained everything we needed for our stay. We always cook all our meals and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The host was most helpful with any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone that has a need to stay in the Colorado Springs area. The lawn was perfect for our family games and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well.

Perfect stay!

The property is beautiful and well kept. Walking in the door makes you feel so welcome with the fresh decor and homemade cookies waiting to be enjoyed. The outdoor landscaping is beautiful, down to the lush grass. Take your shoes off and walk around. (That’s a luxury we often don’t have in CO landscapes😊) Inside you will find plenty of room to spread out and relax. Dinner on the back deck looking at the views is also a treat. One surprise that I loved the most was the neighborhood. What a friendly and welcoming neighborhood. It made me want to be part of this great community. Very pleased with our stay!

This home is the absolute perfect place to stay for any event in CO Springs!

Our family recently came back to CO Springs for a USAFA graduation and wedding. Ofcourse we had a big crowd and this house was perfect for these two events. It has everything you need and more. The location is perfect for quick access to the base and grocery stores. I would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it for any parents of USAFA cadets to rent this out for any of the events they come to CO for. Also great owners and very accommodating!

Exceeded our expectations

Andrew and Abby were wonderful hosts, and their home was just fantastic. We had our 85+ year old parents in tow (for our son’s wedding out at Palmer Lake), and they were very comfortable with the accommodations as well. We all enjoyed sitting out doors in the evening, watching the beautiful sunsets from the deck over the Rocky Mountains. Very memorable. Part of the reason we selected this place was that there are multiple bedrooms on the first (street) level – easy access for parents. The place is huge. Really very very spacious. The large kitchen table was great for having the entire family gather round. The master bath is also quite large. Andrew and Abby were very responsive in all communications. They also helped us out with some special requests – they went above and beyond the call in all regards. A whole hearted recommendation for this place!
