Breathtaking 180 degree water views include Chatham Harbor, Surf, Seals, and the Atlantic ocean, 'the new and old cuts', Chatham fishing boats, Outer / Nauset Beach. 1.2 mile walk to town/ Chatham Bars Inn. Custom family home with large upper & lower decks offers privacy, adjoins conservation/ bird sanctuary, peaceful salt pond. 'Upside-down' home layout maximizes LR/DR views. New 2024 sunny office reading nook off living room. Home has been beautifully remodeled 2020, and re- furnished and equipped. Solar panels provide 70% of home's power. New Kohler completely Automatic generator provides Automatic backup power. Autumn is also prime weather! First night New Year's is splendid. New one click, drift wood gas logs fireplace offers charm, and warmth.
Even in inclement weather, the home is warm, secure and a fabulous spot to enjoy the changing elements through the Andersen sliders and windows. See the seals off the beach. Binoculars provided- please care for.

Kid friendly and unforgettable for all. 4 kayaks, 2 SUPS, ( normal rental retail each, saves $400+/week), and Boogie Boards under house along with plenty of beach toys, chairs. Just 180' private Catwalk steps to our Private huge sandy beach-- shared quietly with just 2 other neighbors. (Note: Beaches in Mass. are Private Property down to low-water, except for fishing, fowling, and navigating, considered to be strolling, but not sitting.)

Please enjoy, wade, SUP in our tidal pond. Our 5 white poly adirondack chairs define our semi-private shared beach area along with kayak racks. (Please do not use neighbor's chairs.)
In Massachusetts: most beaches are PRIVATE, yet anyone can "'Fish, Fowl, or Navigate' or stroll by along Mass. private shorefronts- by Colonial historic (1642) ordinances--but not sit, linger, play or picnic. Most beach fronts are private/semi-private, except for marked Town Beaches. We also have 2 lovely town beaches a short walk away that add variety and different views: Scatteree Beach and Cotchpinicut.

We are not a party house- we sleep up to 5 adult / guests (max.) in 3 bedrooms: King/Master with ensuite full bath, Queen w Power Base electric/remote, King/Guest with memory foam new 2025 hybrid mattress.
Sunning , photography, (clamming -- via Town permits available town), fishing, tide pooling, and low tide long walks, beach yoga. A very comfortable well equipped family friendly home indeed! Great memories begin here.
We adjoin quiet neighbor's beach and limit our beach access to renters only. No extra visitors please. 5 adult guests maximum on our beach.
Please use only our marked 'J' white Adirondack chairs and our area of beach to play and quietly enjoy.
No beach fires allowed.
Please note: 3 Cars maximum in our driveway. Strictly enforced by lease terms. No overnight 4th car, street parking ticketed overnight.
Sorry, but over occupancy by more than 5 over-nite guests violates the lease and will forfeit Security Deposit and may prematurely terminate lease, with no refund.
We keep a beautiful home by strict limits on numbers- and we hope you will understand. Pets no longer accepted, sorry.
We are not a Party house but a quiet memorable Cape Experience home. 5 Adult limit, 3 cars absolute max. overnight.
Note: with the National Seashore/Outer Beach breaks opening wider, and higher Chatham Harbor tides, our beach is much much larger, but so are the high tide waves and currents. Our new year round "Cat Walk"/boardwalk was just built up. Guests can also walk around the South side on conservation land to the beach, or kayak /SUP in the shallow salt pond to cross.

Bring your cameras and video recorders.... you will never forget staying in this warm and cozy home! Serene North Chatham offers all the Cape's best! The water and our beach will entertain you and the Outer Beach/National Seashore surf is heard on all but West winds.... You can hear the fish jumping at night in the nearby saltwater pond adjacent the home...the Milky Way and stars at night are breathtaking. Kids love netting minnows and crabbing in the warm pond waters on the property and all the beach toys are available in the 'basement.'
Bring your bikes or rent them in town. Shed avail. to lock them up in front yard.
The home is well loved, durable and the kitchen is well equipped. Try the best outside shower ever.

TOWN AMENITIES: Town has 10 plus free tennis courts, and 6 dedicated Pickle Ball courts. Public and ( private) golf courses incl. 9 hole Chatham Bars, Cranberry-36 holes, Truro Highlands ( a gem!), and ( Cape Cod National/ Eastward Ho, private) are nearby. Whale watching is avail. from Provincetown as are oodles of art galleries and restaurants.....in Chatham and elsewhere! Our end of North Chatham has been likened to "Nantucket--without the Ferry ride." Varied kayaks, surfboard rentals/lessons, kite surfing and windsurfing rentals/ lessons are nearby from Wellfleet to Orleans and Harwich. 5 person 3 car max. We owe our neighbors equal quiet beach enjoyment.
