This condo is better than new. Nestled in the moss draped oaks and tall pines of Myrtle Beach's very own, Island Green sits this quality Tree Top condo, known for its unique attractive angular architecture; inside and out. Island Green is a quick drive to the beach and the famous Murrells Inlet known as the sport fishing hub of the Grand Strand, the famous Marsh Walk offering waterfront dining and live entertainment; the pristine Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. Inside you will be awed by the quality and luxury so tastefully blended into the cozy, very bright end unit. The living room offers beam, and vaulted ceiling with top-of-the line Plantation shutters, sleeper sofa, and dining table. The recently remodeled kitchen comes with new appliances, and ultra-durable high-grade vinyl cabinet doors. Tile in all wet areas. Home comes completely furnished, with upgraded full sized washer and dryer. Renters must be 25 or older and all occupants must be members of the same family. There are no amenities such as a pool or golf course but we are within 10-15 minutes of the beach. The property is much nicer than comparable hotels in this price range.

This property is for the family that has a lot of off property activities planned. This is a very nice condo to come back to daily to rest and relax. This is a great alternative to a hotel.

We rented this place long term due to our new home was under construction. This is a very nicely appointed condo and we really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood and a nice pool.

We just stayed there last week and it was nice. It appears small, but to be honest it was perfect and at one point we had 2 adults and 3 kids sleeping there. It is a perfect shot to the beach from 707. At first I was worried it would be too far from the beach, but we found that you could get anywhere you wanted to go from hwy 707. The only complaints I have would be the amount of road construction going on in that area, but that's avoidable if you know the right roads to cut down (don't use GPS to guide you) and my biggest complaint is parking! It seemed to make sense that we would just be able to park right beside the unit we were in, but people from other units would have multiple vehicles and they would come over and park in the spots beside my unit, so if I didn't get there early in the evening, I ended up not having anywhere to park. It was very frustrating!!!!!!

Unit is as clean as a new house! Seriously. Comfortable from the moment we walked in the door from 90 degree heat to a pre-cooled air conditioned condo.
Beautiful & functional plantation shutters on all windows. Lighthouse decor abounds.....Lots of nice touches like new plates, mugs, all kitchen and cooking utensils, living room recliner & fluffy thick white towels like we've had only at 4 star hotels or better. Quiet neighborhood, perfect location for my wife and me and our two school-aged children-- as we had activities planned for Pawleys Island (10 minutes south), Myrtle Beach (15 minutes north of this condo), and historic Georgetown By-the-Sea (45 minutes south).
Brand new premium Bosch dishwasher (bought the same model for our home recently), new microwave, new high-end Maytag clothes washer and dryer.
Secure Wi-fi service= never had a single hiccup. (I was curious so went to speedtest.net and the result was 85 Mbps ... = v. fast!)
Security gate verifies all vehicles entering after 7 pm at entrance road to the larger neighborhood-- be sure to carry your driver's license and rental confirmation print out page in your pocket after 7pm. Thanks to the owners for such a great value.
My wife and I were looking for a great deal and a nice stay. We found it! The description, if I remember right, it said "better than new" and "fully furnished". I wondered how something could be better than new, but I found out at this place! It is better than new and it is more than fully furnished! Every thing worked well. It is also very well decorated! We hope to be able to stay here again.
