Ideal for family use, second bedroom upstairs for children. The Condo has 1 King downstairs, upstairs 1 Queen, Trundle beds. Fully equiped with Jenn Air range, dishwasher, Microwave and all cooking equipment.

Very good place to stay in Breckenridge..NOT Ski In/Out as advertised but a short walk to Quicksilver Chair on Peak 9. 3rd floor condo (no elevator) with equipment locker on bottom floor (you will need to bring a pad lock), 1 Bedroom with queen bed, 1 loft space with a queen bed and a single day bed, 1 Bathroom with tub/shower and toilet with sink outside of bathroom , balcony with chairs and gas grill....plenty of plates, glasses, pots & pans utensils to cook for 10 people...Onsite parking and within walking distance to Main Street Breckenridge. Couch, Loveseat and Chair in Living Room with dining seating for 4 also has breakfast bar that can seat 4 as well...Entry way has plenty of hooks and shelves for coats, hats etc. Jim Gowdy the owner was easy to get in contact with and was very accommodating and easy to work with....decor is a bit dated but all in all a very good place to stay if in Breck. Although it is not the Ritz Carlton it is a well maintained condo that is very comfortable top to bottom with a good location for access to the mountain as well as downtown for lots of shopping, bars and restaurants. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Cosy condo close to Lifts and Main street

This condo was great for our month long ski trip. The location is great to access both the quicksilver lift and main street (both a few minutes walk) making it very convenient to come back for lunch and warm up from skiing. It's also very close to several popular bars and the brewery. There is a local grocery store (kind of expensive) about 10 minutes walk away, however it is a few minutes walk to F-Lot, from which you can take a free Yellow bus down to the City Market, Pharmacy, Liquor Store - and further down to a large recreation centre with climbing wall, pool, gym etc. The kitchen is large with many appliances and an excellent oven. We had almost a everything we needed to cook up a storm over Christmas, however a set of kitchen scales would have been nice! Despite there not being a pantry there was space on the bench-top and above the fridge to store food. The bathroom and living areas were the perfect size for the four of us. The living area has comfy couches and a cosy gas fireplace. Whilst the decorations may be a little dated they are homely and the condo has great natural lighting. The communal hot tubs just across the road were very relaxing after a day of skiing. We also made friends with the resident squirrel on the deck - a great novelty as we are from Australia. He (or she) likes nuts and hops around the trees. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely book Jim's place again! Jim was very responsive and made booking a breeze - even when we had to do an international transfer.

Overall this condo had everything we wanted at a great price and I would recommend it to a friend.

Spring Break

My husband and I with our 2 teenagers rented Jim's condo for spring break this year. It was perfect! We could walk to the lifts and walk to the downtown shopping area. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The entrance to the pool and 4 hot tubs was right across the parking lot. There was a laundry room downstairs and we had no trouble finding an available washer and dryer when we needed them. There was no charge for using the machines. The ski locker held all of our equipment and there was plenty of parking close to the stairs leading to the condo. We had a wonderful week in Breckenridge and hope to return. When we do, we will rent Jim's condo again.

Home away from home

This was one of our best ski vacations ever! Everything was perfect, the weather was great, and the condo really felt like home. It was very clean, comfortable & well maintained. The owner was great to work with and made the rental process very easy. My youngest daughter made friends with a squirrel on the deck. She named him Bob and he loves cashews! This was a spring break we will never forget and would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation.
