Casa Las Hijas is a beautifully appointment 3 1/2 bedroom vacation home in the exclusive community of Punta Sayulita. The home boast three king bedrooms each with its on en suite and a double bed maids/kid room. The home has a large living room area and a super large deck with a private hot tub and heated pool. Decorated in Mexican contemporary, we re sure you love our home.

Punta Sayulita has a private beach club with a restaurant, large cascading pool, work out and yoga rooms and a private beach. The staff at Casa Las Hijas and Punta Sayulita are here to help you explore our beautiful Nayarit region.

Response time from host was quick and efficient. Property manager was extremely responsive and very informative and helpful. The beach club dining and service was outstanding. Note however they are not open for dinner, close at 5 pm. Food was amazing. Place was very clean, and spacious. Very private which was nice to return to after the visit in town.

Amazing Property and Experience

This is a gem of a property in Sayulita and the experience provided by the host could not be better. The home is perfectly situated in Punta Sayulita with walk-to access to a gorgeous, private beach club and only a short golf cart (provided) trip into town. All three suites are spacious and comfortable with incredible views. The main level and deck is a really cool space to hang out with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped for those looking to do meals at home. The owner and house manager are super responsive and nice. The whole experience was fantastic and I cannot wait to go back!

Best way to end 2020!

This house, location and Eric were amazing! The house is located in Punta Sayulita, next to Playa los Muertos. The view is breathtaking, you feel like you are staying in a luxury tree house. Eric, the house manager, is as nice as they come! He had a solution or recommendation for any and all of our requests. He went above and beyond! With a family of five, the youngest being 13, I wouldn’t say the property is easy walking distance to town and it’s not lit half the way. We only left the house for dinner and took the golf cart they had with the house, which was awesome. With that said, I will also mention the athlete in the family did get his workout in every morning running to town and along the beach and back. The only reason we left the property was for dinner, since the beach club is incredible for day time. Abel at the pool/beach is wonderful and remembered our names each time we showed up. The drinks and food were amazing, more pricey than town, but well worth it!! And Sayulita, is a gem! It is so incredibly charming and the food was amazing. We were surprised to see so many organic and vegetarian options! It might just be my favorite Mexcian town and we’ve been to a few! The only challenge we had was the 4th room on the living level, all other bedrooms are upstairs, referred to as the maids/kids room is the only room without AC in the house and next to the laundry room. We did find a fan in the laundry, but it was still toasty. However, that is an easy solve for future guests. Even with that small hiccup, it was still one of our most favorite vacations. 2020 was a lot to process and this house gave our family the most wonderful opportunity to be together as a family in a truly wonderful community and town. Gracias Casa las Hijas!!
