3BD/2BA Breath Taking Views Of The Beautiful Gulf Beaches And Pristine Water
Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Office, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8 max)
Location, Location, Location, that's what I've always heard about realestate and that is one of the best things about this unit. Located on the beach, just above the private pool, this complex is the last building on the coast north of John's Pass. We purchased this unit because of the 3 large windows down the southern side of the building giving us views of all the activities on the pass. You can watch the people, boats, and traffic moving in and out of the pass from the bedroom, the dining room, living room, or the balcony. (read more by 'clicking' on "more detail" also on "read more Brad & Dee")
This unit is totally brand new. We found the unit with the location and stripped it bare before rebuilding it from the new cork under tile floor all the way to the new sprinker heads. If you want the new car smell when you walk in the door, you wont get it at most of these older Gulf Coast condos with a great location. You wont be dissappointed when you walk in the door of this up scale unit.
New flooring, furniture, appliances, 42' wall hung plasma TV's, washer-dryer in the unit, new mattresses, and new hurricane proof windows and doors that keep it cool and quite inside with great views of the outside.

Why Bradley & DeeAnn Palmer chose Saint Petersburg
We have looked 2 years for that "special" place. We own and rent a 3 bedroom condo in Key West and love it there, but we also love the Clearwater area. After discovering John's Pass we found this condo which we thought was the nicest in the building. It wasn't for sale, but we made an offer that the owner couldn't refuse. It was nicely remodeled and had a location that gives panoramic views of both the gulf and John's Pass. Only one corner of the building allows that.
What makes this Condo unique
Our favorite thing about this condo is the beautiful beach and water directly surrounding the property. The village and boardwalk at John's Pass is a clean, modern, charming place. From our property you can walk directly under the draw bridge to access this happening area. You do not even have to cross the street to get to the village. Also around the Village are many great places to eat and support the atmosphere of the old sleepy fishing village. There are lots of weekly festivals and events hosted at the Pass each month. We also love how from Madeira Beach you can drive up and down the coast and visit so many fabulous areas. When we vacation here there is always a new adventure waiting to be discovered. Another perk for this location is the easy drive to Busch Gardens 36 miles away or even Disneyworld which is 95 miles away.

Great time & great location.
What a nice place. Everything was clean and not outdated.Location, Location, Location. If you want a nice place to stay and you love the pass...... look no further.
Incredible Condo, great location, nicest rental we have stayed in at Johns Pass
The condo was modern with new furnishings and spectacular views. We have stayed at Beach Place before, but the location and condition of this unit was far superior to our previous rentals. It made all the difference in our vacation. We felt like we were truely living the life of the rich and famous rather than staying in average housing. We have already reserved our week for next year and we are excited to return. The owners were easy to work with by providing so much information about the area that we actually found new things to do and new places to see. We can't say enough positive things about this particular condo.
Great condo on the beach
Great condo right on the beach. Beautiful view of the sunset, channel and draw bridge. We loved sitting out on the patio watching the sunset and dolphins swimming around. The condo that fit our family well. Great furniture and beach decorations, condo is very charming. So nice to have washer and dryer located in condo. Condo had beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and games. Loved that the beach was so easily accessible. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this condo to anyone.
very nice condo with a great location
We really enjoyed our stay. On the beach. Near shops and restaurants. Watching locals fish. The draw bridge. Just a really nice location
Beautiful condo with great views and close to lots of activities. Loved having the beach towels and chairs! We would definitely go back to that condo next time we go to that area.
We had an amazing family vacation at this lovely condo
Brad and DeeAnn are wonderful hosts. The condo is just as described and more. You have to see and experience it and the area to see how great it is. The condo is adorable and well equipped with everything you need. The pool is great! The beach is lovely and the views from the balcony and all of the windows are breathtaking. You can walk to John's Pass for shopping and restaurants. We didn't need a car at all. We used uber for anything out of walking distance and could wander across the street for shopping, great dinners and ice cream. It is comfortable and cozy. You will never get tired of the views! We saw dolphins swimming by several times and lots of boats too. There are two chair and umbrella rental businesses on the beach that will supply you will loungers, chairs and umbrellas. You can also use the beach chairs that are in the condo. Everyone is nice and we felt comfortable and safe. We were sad to leave and we really want to come back. Thank you so much Brad and DeeAnn for sharing your lovely place!
SUN, SAND, SEA AND FIREBALL SUNSETS
Things to do....
1. Sit on the balcony in the morning and watch all the boats leaving the pass headed out for the day of fishing or fun in the sun. Read a book and relax... relax, relax, relax.
2. Grab the Sun Coast Trolly in the morning and tour the gulf coast all day exploring the shops, restaurants, beaches, and bars from Clearwater to St Pete.
3. Rent a small boat for a few hours and head up the intercoastal waterway to the Salt Rock Grill for a drink and appetizer before the sun goes down.
4. Fix some hot tea or a nice glass of wine and sit out on the balcony and watch one of the best sunsets you'll ever see.
5. Go across to John's Pass and have the conch fritters at The Hut or a slice of Pizza from Del Rosa's. Of course you may enjoy spending the rest of the day shopping afterwards.
The "Pass" is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
6. We all love the Dolphin Boat - you really do see dolphins and it's a nice leisure ride.
7. Be brave and go parasailing or rent a couple jet-skis. Your on vacation - have fun and make it memorable.
8. Take the boat ride to shell island and gather up shells to take home, build a sandcastle
9. Do a day trip to Orlando or to Busch Gardens. Besides having rides they also have waterparks there.
10. Explore the different beach cities eat then shop til you drop.
