Kona Magic Sands offers an Ocean Front swimming pool, BBQ area & there are coin operated washers/dryers on-site. Magic Sands Beach is less than a 3 minute walk from the front door. Swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, boogey boarding, wading and people watching are popular activities.
Kahalu'u Beach, one mile away, is popular for snorkeling in shallow water while many visitors learn to surf at the north end of the beach. Keauhou Bay, approximately two miles, has businesses providing fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking. Or just a beautiful area to visit. Keauhou Shopping Center is also two miles from the condo with a large grocery store, Long's Drugs, several restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and even an emergency medical facility.
