This home is bright with lots of space to enjoy your summer days down the cape. It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably and is less than a mile to Sea Street beach. The house has a master bedroom with queen bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. The living room area has a pullout sofa and a fully finished basement with large sectional couch, futon, plus a queen air mattress. There's a tv down there, making it
a perfect space for kids to play and sleep! There is also a large sunroom that has plenty of space to hangout inside and still catch some sun. It's the best room in the house!
There is 1 bathroom inside & a large outdoor shower. There is an outdoor porch with a big big picnic table, a grill, and lots of room to be outside.
It is in a quiet neighborhood, and it’s off a main road so little traffic on the street.
Sundae School ice cream is right around the corner and Royal Pizza (very quick walk)
Walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and ice cream (Pelham House, Oyster Company, Red Nun, Improper Bostonian, and Ocean House)

Great Family Stay

The house was as advertised. It's a GREAT area located perfectly near everything you want to see!! 4 minute Walk to the family ice cream shop!!!

Cape Cod summer home

Everything was exactly as stated in the property description. Owner was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dennis Port.

Wonderful outdoor living areas!

We enjoyed our stay in this house! The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated and used the outdoor living areas & outdoor shower. And it's a short walk to the Sundae School! 🤗. The A/C ducting makes some banging noise, but we slept in spite of it.

Cozy beach house

My friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time. We were about a 15 min walk from the beach and great restaurants. The sun room was a fun hang out spot. Emily also provided great restaurant suggestions in the area.

Great location

We had a great vacation at this property. It was a great location, comfortable for our small family. The house had everything we needed and then some. The only thing we didn’t realize was the parking price for Dennis beaches (30$/day; we rented previous properties that were just in neighborhood beaches and never paid). This of course was no fault of the owner. Emily was quick to reply to any questions.

Cape week

Overall a great stay and great house. The only complaint we have is the noise coming from the AC unit when it would stop it would make a loud banging noise. Other than that we had a wonderful week and loved the screened in porch. It was close to an ice cream store and the beaches and we loved the outdoors for grilling and the outdoor shower is a plus.

Perfect spot

Loved our week in Dennis Port; easy walks to nearby parks, beach, library, and food! Spent nearly all of our time on back covered porch - so comfortable!

Perfect location!

This was my families first vacation to the Cape and we couldn’t be happier! The house is literally a 10 minute walk to the beach or a minute drive. Close to all shops and restaurants but most importantly Sundae School which did not disappoint. The house itself is in great condition; very clean and has everything you need! All of our time in the house was spent in the sun room which has the most magnificent breeze! Patio and grill space was wonderful and I cannot express how much we liked the outdoor shower. Having this to come back to after the beach is a must! Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the host was great. This place is top notch. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Wonderful time

The only issue I had is I wish the queen bed was a little firmer, however, everybody has there own matteress preference. All in all I had a wonderful time the place was clean and in a quite area and within walking distance to many places.

Girls Weekend Away

Wonderful, cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, lots of areas to curl up and read or relax. Only wish we had stayed a full week instead of just a weekend.

A Dennis Delight

This cape house was beautiful especially the sunroom. My family of four had plenty of space inside and out. The hosts get it, everything you would need and more provided for you. The location was a short walking distance to the beach and stores. We had a question when we arrived and the host Emily was quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Great Cape Cod Vacation Home!

This was our first family vacation to the Cape, and chose Emily’s house for the ratings, the photos, and the proximity to the beach. The property exceeded all of our expectations. For four people (two adults, two kids) the house was the perfect size and the outdoor area ideal for wiffle ball or outdoor meals. Like many of the other reviewers we spent most of our time in the sunroom-which was terrific - but due to the humid weather, a bit stuffy in the middle of the day. One bathroom called for an organized approach, but the outside shower help manage throughput. We loved having Sundae school steps from the house-and Sea Street beach was a perfect small beach for the four of us. We would definitely recommend the property and would love to stay again if we come back to the Cape. Enjoy!

A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's house. The sunroom was our favorite spot, and loved the convenience of the house. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The twin beds were comfy and the perfect setup for our kids.

Convenient and enjoyable

Property as promoted. Walkable to beach and town. House is very nicely decorated with a fun "capey" feel. Sunroom was in constant use and breakfast on patio a daily event. Outdoor shower was great!

Beautiful Home and amazing host!

If you want a super clean and comfortable spot close to everything, yet very peaceful and private...this is it. It is a very charming house in a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of the beach, ice cream, restaurants and even a nice produce stand. A/C and comfortable beds were a super plus. Definitely one of the nicest outdoor showers we've seen in a long time, perfect when coming back from one of many the near by beaches. The owner was beyond kind and available at all times. She gave us a genuine welcoming feeling while sharing her beautiful home. We look forward to returning. : )

This One's a Keeper!!

This is an amazing little place! We've been going to the Cape for our vacations for years and for the last several picking different Home Away places. This has by far been our favorite and hope to go back there from now on. The whole place was very clean and nice. The porch is amazing and where we spent most of our time when there! It has really comfortable couches, wall size windows to let the breeze in, a table for meals, TV and a very large coffee table that is great for puzzles. The area is very quiet yet still 5-10 minutes from stores and restaurants, mini-golf etc. and a 12 minute walk to the beach. I definitely recommend this place for your stay!

Love this house

Great Stay!

Very cute home. Super clean. Spent most of our time in the sunroom. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and bars. Only suggestion is to bring some of your own linens for kitchen and bathroom.

Lovely beach house!

We had a great stay at this charming cottage! The finished basement, sunroom, and outdoor shower were hits, and we loved being nearby the beach and the famous sundae school ice cream! Highly reccomend!

Another wonderful stay

It's our third year in a row staying here. Even though we normally like trying new things, we always end up deciding to stay here for our trips to the Cape. No reason to mess up a good thing. Thanks as always to the wonderful hosts, Emily and Craig.

Wonderful vacation!

This was an amazing place to vacation! Great hostess! Plenty of bedding, centrally located, cozy rental, really nice decor, and a homey feel! Games, hammock, outdoor lounging, great sunroom for breezy evenings! Condiments in fridge, washer/dryer, plenty of space, and blinds in all rooms for privacy. We were very happy with the rental and hostess! You will not be disappointed to vacation here! Great place!

A good base for exploring Cape Cod

This is a very well located and maintained house, suitable for 4-6 travellers. It has everything one could wish for spending good time both on the property as well as exploring Cape Cod. The owners are easily reachable and provide good guidance about the neighborhood and the house itself. We were very satisfied with our 3-night stay.

My fiance and I purchased this home in early 2017 and in the first week we owned it, he actually proposed in the house! This house has a special meaning for both of us and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
