Shearwater Cottage - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

Shearwater Cottage is a 3-bedroom home with a garden and gorgeous sea views! The top floor bedroom is a king bed with stunning dual-aspect sea views. The first floor bedrooms are a king size bed with sea views and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom is also on the first floor with bathtub and shower over, wash basin and WC. There is an allocated parking space directly outside the cottage.

On the ground floor, there is the living room is with a large, comfortable sofa, three airmchairs, Smart TV, and a beautiful bay window that looks onto the garden that also has wonderful sea views. The dining area is near the kitchen (just one step down into the kitchen) and has a table that comfortably dines 6 people.

The kitchen is fabulous with granite tops, a coffee machine and an integrated oven and hob and dishwasher. There is also a fridge/ freezer, washer/ dryer and microwave.

There is a shower room just off the kitchen with shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Shearwater Cottage is very close to St Ives’ best beaches with Porthmeor Beach being just a couple of minutes' walk away and all of the restaurants, shops, cafes and eateries are very nearby too.

There is free WiFi throughout the house.

All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.

Shearwater Cottage can also accept up to two small-medium well-behaved dogs. There is a £50 pet fee per dog per week and terms and conditions apply.

Please check the dimensions of the parking space in the gallery of photos before booking. Our BMW X3 fits fine but is best to drive past the space and reverse in (best done with parking sensors!).

Please refer to the Rental Agreement during the booking process for our detailed cancellation policy. We do offer a refund structure but on VRBO we have needed to select 'no refund'. Fantastic Property !

We had the most amazing time staying here during our time in St. Ives. The property is wonderful - very spacious, clean and inviting. The kitchen is good size and the living room is very comfortable. I would absolutely return to this house the next time we are in Cornwall.
