Trestar is a spacious family holiday home tucked away down a quiet private road just a few minutes walk from Polzeath beach on the North Cornwall coast. Recently refurbished throughout, this split-level holiday home can sleep up to 9 guests in four bedrooms with a large lawned garden and easy access to Polzeath beach via a footpath through a delightful wooded valley.

Relax after a long day exploring North Cornwall in the private, enclosed mature garden with a summer house where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.

A light hallway leads up to the spacious open-plan living spaces with a contemporary kitchen diner and lounge area where you can enjoy the stunning rural views over the garden. It is the perfect place for social meals with family and friends. The hallway on the ground floor links all three double bedrooms and the family bathroom, one with a shower ensuite. Bedroom 4 on the lower ground floor level is set as a family room with the choice of a double bed and a single bed that share a shower room in the utility area and access out into the garden through patio doors. Please Note: Pets are restricted to the Lower Ground Floor level with direct access into the garden.

Positioned in the heart of Polzeath, a well known surfing destination for all levels, there is sure to be plenty of activities on offer to keep the whole family entertained. For those who enjoy a peaceful round of golf, The Point is just a few minutes drive away in one direction and the famous St Enodoc Golf Club a few miles away in the other.

We live in Cambridge and have owned Trestar for six years now. We love the easy proximity to the beach and sea and fantastic walks (especially good for the dog), as well as golf, surfing and watersports.

Why they chose this property

We love the scenery, cliff walks, glorious coastline and the Camel Estuary. We are within a few minutes' walk of various beaches and the SW Coast Path and in addition to Polzeath and Trebetherick, there is easy access to the pretty towns of Wadebridge and Padstow.

What makes this property unique

In a quiet cul-de-sac but with very easy access to the beach at Polzeath, Trestar is a restful and spacious split-level family home with a glorious garden that is a sun trap in the summer months. The property is cosy, well-equipped and very comfortable for a family holiday. One well-behaved dog per booking is allowed on the lower ground floor (only).
