Montecito Vista is a recently remodeled home in Napa that offers something for everyone. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with many gorgeous homes and gardens, your stay here will combine the wonders of the Napa Valley with the amenities of our family-friendly retreat.

Located just 1 mile from Oxbow Market and 1.2 miles from the tasting rooms, restaurants, and spas of Downtown Napa, Montecito Vista is close to it all, yet is private and serene. More world-class restaurants and hundreds of wineries are just a short drive in neighboring areas of the Valley.

Montecito Vista was recently re-imagined to be a vacation home for all of your friends and family, including your children and friendly dog. All furnishings and decor is comfortable and functional. The bedrooms each have wifi TV, and a flat screen cable TV brings friends together in the living room. Outside, plug in your TESLA to our charger.

The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and can accommodate 10 overnight guests. Four bedrooms have queen beds, and one bedroom has two twin beds. An additional sleeper sofa is in the great room. All beds have high thread-count linens and comfortable pillows. The bathrooms have toiletries and plush towels. Central air and heating keep the home temperate.

The great room and patio are a destination for unwinding and relaxing with friends and family, and make an easy venue for a gourmet dinner for 10-12 friends. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, toaster oven, professional cookware and utensils, and serveware. The beverage service area has coffee, tea, and wine accessories. There is a propane grill on the patio.

After dinner, wind down in the hot tub while listening to our Sonos music system. Enjoy good times with friends on the bocce court, or stargaze around the firepit. Create your own wine tasting in the gazebo, or store your wine in our wine cooler for later. Walk to nearby Lakeview Park for pretty sunsets, or have a vigorous workout hiking up Montecito Boulevard to the top of the hill.

For your children, the home has toys, games, activity books, and coloring for their entertainment. Adjustable showerheads make bath time easy for your little ones, and the yard is fully enclosed.

For your pet, we have a comfy bed, a crate, a leash, toys, and even treats.

Throughout the home you will find art and decorative touches that reflect our love of animals. Some of these have interesting stories! Solar panels, eco-friendly landscaping, and LED fixtures throughout are a salute to our environment, and the beautiful Napa Valley.

Montecito Vista is one of only 42 legally permitted, entire home vacation rentals in Napa and we operate with support of the City of Napa. Our vacation rental license number is: VR16-0060.

Updates 12/2023:
1) All of Northern California remains at wildfire risk and drought conditions continue. On any given day during Wildfire Season, you may be asked to shut down the firepit and the grill per order of the Napa Fire Chief. Please understand this when you book. Safety first, for all.

2) Bachelorette parties are not permitted. We are not a party house. The property manager and neighbors will take aggressive moves to shut down loud, wild parties. The [very] rare Guest that has challenged this has had their plans quickly disrupted. The integrity of our business, our neighbors' peace, and our respectful Guests are our top priority. If you think that your group should be an exception, please reach out BEFORE booking to have a conversation. We are reasonable people, and always appreciate the opportunity to work with reasonable Guests.
