Villa RayEl was inspired by the farmhouses and small villas of Italy.

Located midway between downtown Napa and Yountville, this property sits on 2 acres providing great privacy. It sits next to a year-round creek with a view of a vineyard and nightly sunsets. It has a pool and an attached hot tub.

Located 5 minutes to Highway 29, 8 minutes to downtown Napa and 8 minutes to Yountville. It is convenient to great wineries, restaurants and shopping. Alston Park, one of Napa's best is 4 minutes by car where you can hike or jog.

Take an afternoon swim in the 40 foot private pool, relax in the hot tub under the stars, create great food in the fully equipped kitchen, or lounge on the terrace overlooking the creek and vineyard with a good book.

This is the perfect house to gather with friends or family!

Family wine trip

House was as advertised, great location, very charming, and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. Pool and hot tub were highlights as well as the fully stocked kitchen, Two outdoor dinning areas were used each night for dinner! We recommend this property!

Why they chose this property

This is a very unique property designed to host friends and families in the Napa Valley. It is centrally located between Napa and Yountville. It has great indoor and outdoor living places to enjoy. It has a pool, sits next to a year long stream and has a beautiful view of the vineyard.

What makes this property unique

It is a secure and safe property with no neighbors on either side and a stream and vineyard behind the house. The front of the house sits on Redwood road but there are security lights with video recording for added safety. Note that we respect the privacy of our guests, so there is no video surveillance anywhere inside or in the backyard including the pool and gathering areas.
