Shores Club 807 has everything you need to stay safely and comfortably right at the beach. Featuring spectacular views and luxurious furniture, this bright and airy beachfront condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeps eight.

The living area features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and a mirrored wall to add a spacious feel while leading you to a wide covered balcony with two access points, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while you breathe in the salt-tinged air. Inside, sumptuous leather lounge furniture invites you to relax after a day of surfing, parasailing, kayaking or paddle boarding while you catch up on your favorite shows on the large cable TV or update your Instagram courtesy of the free Wi-Fi, too. Bond over a board game at the farmhouse table in the cozy dining area or enjoy a meal of fresh local seafood prepared in the stylish, gourmet kitchen.

Shores Club 807 has three spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private balcony access, in-room cable TV, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed plus a twin-size bed and the third bedroom has two queen-size beds, perfect for when you're traveling with the kids or friends, as well as private HDTVs. Two full bathrooms keep waiting to a minimum, and all bedding and towels are provided.

Highly recommend this lovely home! The views are amazing and tranquil. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need. Beds were extremely comfortable . We look forward to returning soon.

The place was run down. bed's hard a brick. Blinds broken, mold on ceiling walls etc... I contacted VRBO as soon as we saw the issues asking for another place to stay and refund back. VRBO said the property manager/company would get back me. Never heard from anyone but was able to get a number and call them directly on Thursday/Friday.

Great location on the beach

We had a very nice stay. We love Daytona Beach Shores. This property does need some updating, but we were comfortable.

Beach front location is great. Condo unit needs attention. Not too many updates but it was clean and had full mix match kitchen stuff. Beach condo but no beach towels which was a bummer. Didn’t expect to have to bring my own towels to the beach. Only 2 beach chairs for 8 people. Would stay again in a crunch but will seek other options first.

What a gorgeous and deceptively large place! Our favorite part was the balcony. I felt like I was on the beach! Even when inside the view was amazing through the huge windows. I watched the ocean while making lunch and dinner! They had a everything you would need to cook something except consumables, like zip lock bags, parchment paper, aluminum foil and obviously condiments and such.They also had everything for a day at the beach. Beach chairs, an umbrella and some beach sand toys. So much stuff I wish I had brought a wagon. Beach towels were not included but we had brought ours. The condo itself is a bit dated, like the wallpaper and stuff but it was clean, newish furniture where needed and nothing looked like it was in need of any repair. The mattresses okay. I would really only get so so sleep because my mattress was so firm. So if you like firm mattresses you're good, but if you need soft I would try to bring something to help. If you need new and shiny this isn't your place, but if you want to share a family vacation home then this place is awesome. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Great Location!

The complex and location were both great! The unit was clean, but could have been cleaner...nothing gross, just normal corners missed type stuff. The unit was definitely dated, but there was plenty of space for our group and we loved the view/proximity to the water. The kitchen was very well stocked! Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

The view was amazing, pool area and facilities great. Wasn’t clean well, But not unbearable, little slow answering emails. Bring tp, trash bags, soap, etc. beach towels for sure.

Roomy with great view

The only downside was the wash machine wasn’t working and they couldn’t get anyone in for 3 days (the day we left so too late to wash). Other than that little hiccup was everything expected.

Awesome View

It was as I expected. Alittle dated which was ok. We had to fix the toilet which was fine. A must have is a new couch and love set. Not comfortable at all. The location was great. An idea would be to get Nick ball and or corn while for guest to play

Very nice unit it outdated

It’s almost like stepping back into the early sixties with the wallpaper on the walls. However very clean, gorgeous views and fabulous location. Should however get a newer DVD player. Our DVDs would not play.

Surprised how old, dingy and moldy everything was. We were only there 2 nights so we grinned and bared it. We were 6 men there for bike week, but we were disappointed about the condition of the condo. Def needs updating for what we paid over $700 a night should be in good condition.

Pleasant Surprise

I was quite nervous about the property based on some of the negative reviews - but I needed two units and this unit and the adjacent one were the only ones I could find that met my needs. When I arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased. Yes, the decor is very, very, very, very dated. However, it was extremely clean and well stocked. You could tell that the management cared about the property and went to great lengths to make it comfortable. As for location, it was perfect. I would love to own a condo there someday. It was an ideal setting.

Nice place

The condo is dated. Had new floors in living room dining area, master bedroom.The master bathroom toliet needs needs new inside parts . All the blinds have parts missing and when opening and closing the slats would just fall off and they need to be cleaned. The artificial plants need to be dusted. All the bed room need ceiling fans or floor fans. We enjoyed our stay will the minor flaws.

I'm sorry, i would like to say it was all fine, but this place is old, dated, dirty, lots of stuff broken, not working, for the price we paid it was very disappointing ..... i am not sure that anything in this unit has been replaced since the 70's will not be staying here again

Unhappy Stay

We would warn you against this property. When we walked in, it smelled awful. We opened all of the doors and went out and bought air fresheners. Three guests had to leave that same day due to dust allergies. The air filter hadn’t been changed for decades. One bathroom was very dirty another bathroom had a pocket door that didn’t close. I could go on…The property manager was wonderful, cancelled the booking, refunded our money and we left.

Not worth the money

This place is extremely out dated. Needs a lot of care. Hasn’t seen a coat of paint since it was built. The flooring was peeling up. Several outlets were broke or coming off. Balcony chairs are dry rotted. Blinds missing pieces. One of the bathrooms had a bad sour smell, and the shower glass door was dirty. The pictures posted are not accurate. Vtrips was easy to talk and offered to give me a new property, the new property was smaller though and would not work with my party. I would work with Vtrips again but not at this property.

Bad week to come

We stayed in this unit last year and booked it again. I brought some of my employees this year also. The Condo is fine. The problem was the construction on the building. 8 am each morning they started running a hammer drill into the block walls of the building. They are repairing the stucco. All day long they drilled holes. It vibrated so badly the dishes shook. The noise was indescribable inside the unit. We have a 17 month old baby that requires a couple naps each day. There would no napping. The baby cried pretty much all day long. Our sons lack of sleep ruined all of our dinners too. I am an electrical contractor. Construction is all I do. I spent a lot money to get away from it for a week. This was a complete waste of money and the worst vacation I have ever had. We should have been notified of the scheduled construction. I would have chosen a different property or even a unit on the interior of the building. Dayton Disaster 2024

Stuck In The 1980's

Spent 3 nights. Entrance door to property is covered with black dirt or mold. We wondered if there even was a building maintenance department. Doors on 8th floor to other units were identical. Black hair was in the shower of the Master Bedroom, the balcony table required a hot bucket of water, soap and hand scrubbing to remove black dirt and goo. Heavy dust in the TV LR cabinet. Nightstands finish in the MBR was not good. The footprint of the unit was amazing, large. Balcony was great. Two separate sinks in MBR was also great. Couch in LR was saggy and overall the unit needs a good face-lift. Compared other 3br/3ba units ondition and price with other 3br/3ba guests and are unit wasn't even comparable. Everything from faucets to wallpaper to lighting and general condition is stuck in the 1980"s. The footprint is definitely there and is just begging for some TLC. Pool, beach and balcony made it a bit tolerable. Disappointing for this group. Have used VRBO repeatedly and this was our first disappointing experience. It won't stop us from continuing to use VRBO. Do not recommend this particular unit, check out the others available and I'm sure you will be satisfied.

Daytona Beach Shores

We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. It was spacious with a great view of the ocean. It has some water pressure issues and one of the sinks in the kitchen leaked but we did not need two sinks. The wifi did not have good service which effected the TV. The location was great and the price was very reasonable. I will revisit this unit again in the future!

Great location, but outdated and not incredibly clean

We stayed at this property for 5 nights. We loved the location and easy access to restaurants and the beach. There was a slight cat like smell whenever we entered the room. The kitchen sink leaked incredibly and we didn't realize until halfway through our stay that there was a bucket full of gross sink water that just kept filling and obviously someone put a bucket there knowing it was leaking. The room was very outdated and didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Some of the sheets and comforters had stains on them. There was places that seemed like they hadn't been dusted in years. There weren't any drapes on any of the windows so there was so no real way to keep any sort of light out in the mornings.
