AMAZING VIEWS! Located on a cliff looking down on Colorado Springs, you can see mountains for 40 miles and city lights at night. The apartment is on the first flojkii8or of the home with its own private entrance and carport. My wife and I manage the property and live on the top floor. We are available 24/7 to ensure that our guests have a first rate, trouble free experience. Amenities include a fireplace, private covered patio with picnic table, charcoalgrill, W/D , 55" and 32" TVs with Roku and cable, free Wifi, fully equipped kitchen, pillowtop queen bed and a panoramic view from every room. There is also a Level 2 EV charger. Very romantic, private and serene setting, perfect for 2 people. For our winter guests, we highly recommend an AWD vehicle.

Peaceful property, greet views

A nice peaceful property with great views close to all the activities we were looking to do! Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor Seven Falls and the Manitou Incline! Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful Views!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The views were outstanding, the outdoor patio was perfect for coffee in the morning/dinner in the evening, and the neighborhood was great for nice (very hilly) walking. I would stay here again for sure!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect (the grocery store around the corner was a bonus). Gary was available to answer questions and greeted us at arrival and departure. The views were the highlight. Looking forward to staying again!

A little slice of heaven

From beginning to end it was a beautiful and relaxing stay. The views are spectacular along with the owners Gary and Janet, you two are a delight!!I I fell in love with your poodles right away they were adorable and so friendly. If you need quality time away, this is your place by far. I already miss you guys and I just left this morning. Great Destination for a weekend away

Everything went very smooth. Great communication, easy check-in, lovely place. Had everything there you can possibly imagine. Very quiet neighborhood, close to many popular spots. Lovely deck and scenery. Hope to come back when it's warmer so I can enjoy it more next time.

The view is amazing, particularly at sunrise. Listing is accurate. Rooms are spacious. Location is residential but stores are within 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

An Amazing place to stay

My wife and I spent our First Wedding Anniversary Weekend here and we are so happy we that we did! The Living room and bedroom windows and patio overlooking the amazing views of the mountains is something we just don’t see every day, just spectacular! Kitchen, living room, bathroom everything is modern and so nice. The Hosts are extra friendly and made us feel so welcome, I can’t say enough good word about them both, we will be back! Thanks

This was a wonderful place to stay for the week we were in Colorado Springs. The views were spectacular regardless of time of day, but especially at sunset and at night. We loved the covered patio (where we often ate dinner and breakfast -- middle of June). Entry and exiting the the property was a breeze. We were close to several great restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with more appliances and supplies than we typically have at home! The hosts were quite friendly and were responsive to any queries we had. They checked on us to make sure all was going well.The queen bed was super comfortable and there was a large walk-in closet. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Home away from home

This is the second time we stayed at The Cliff House, and it most certainly won't be our last. We make annual trips to Co Springs, and without a doubt this will be the only place we consider staying from now on. It's close to everything we need to be near, and it is just an amazing accommodating. The beauty of the surroundings, from sunrise coffee to sunsets over the Cheyenne Mountains it is simply amazing. Quick drive to Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, or downtown Colorado Springs. We can even head to the Rocky Mountains in two hours for a day of hiking/climbing. You will never regret having Gary and Janet as your hosts!
