Please turn off the gas (close the gas valve) after using the grill. Anyone on the property is considered a guest- Maximum allowed guests are 8 people
No smoking of any kind inside the home. Dog owners must abide by the pet policy as listed in rental agreement.
Sorry, no cats. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture. The closet in the second bedroom has pet linen to make a bed for your pooch.

Quaint, Quiet, and Cozy is how I would describe the property. Close to town but not a lot of traffic. I liked that the owner put a list of emergency services contact numbers on the check-in sheet. We didn't need any of the services, but it was nice knowing the numbers were there if we needed them. Plenty of clean towels, blankets, and cooking utensils. The house was spotless.

Our stay in Colorado Springs was great and mostly because of the hosts at the house. It is always clean and quiet and the host is always there to ask any questions. This is our 3rd time there and will definitely be back!

This cute cottage was perfect for our family of 3 and one small dog. It was close and convenient to the Broadmoor World Arena. It had a nice large work desk in the main bedroom so one could set up to work. The landscaping was impeccable, despite the really hot climate (at least to someone from the NorthEast!). Easy driving distance to the grocery store and restaurants. It's on a side street that doesn't seem to get much traffic, so pretty quiet and easy to walk the dog along. The host, Lori, was super prompt about answering questions on the messaging platform.One thing you might want to know is that the laundry is in the basement, accessible only from the in-ground bulkhead, then stairs, in the backyard. We weren't expecting that, but it worked for us.We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return! Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

Perfect cottage

We have stayed at this location twice because it is a perfect place for us. It has a nice, fenced backyard for our pets and enough room to have our kids/grandkids stop by for a cookout. We feel like we are home when we stay at Lori's house. We will always stay here when visiting the kids, if it is available.

Cute house for a weekend away

An amazing house with a beautiful trades yard (including 2 baby deer that were regular visitors). Couldn’t have asked for a better location to explore Colorado Springs. Close to shops and restaurants and easy access to the highway. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here next time I’m in Colorado Springs!

I wanted to be centrally located close to all the amenities: shopping, restaurants, recreational activities and cultural events in an established neighborhood. Since I enjoyed living here so much that when I when I relocated I thought it would make a great place for visitors to the Springs and put it on VRBO. I look forward to providing you an enjoyable and memorable experience!
