Visit us at
One of the few “ma & pa” places left on Clearwater Beach. Small, cozy, friendly, and family operated for 40 years. We are a small apartment building with 10 different apartments located on the north end of the island. The building is walking distance to everything. The beach, restaurants, shops, Pier 60, and marina. The trolley makes a stop right in front of our building in case you want to really venture out. The apartment has 1 queen sized bed, a full sized living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location, very very safe. Loved the tennis courts across street , watch people play at night! Beautiful Catholic Church end of street for Christmas Mass I loved. Very close to everything as far as restaurants and CVS , bars and beach is right there. Perfect place because even though it’s crowded it’s very quiet and peaceful. Love it. I would stay again !

The location was perfect for our stay! 2 blocks to the beach and close to tons of restaurants. We especially enjoyed ending our evenings out on the little dock. Just make sure you have bug spray!

Perfect Vacation Location

The building is on a block of two away from the main strip with lots of restaurants as well as the beach. Check in and out was seamless and super easy.

Great beach house

Everything you need to stay in Clearwater for a weekend is this house. It’s 1 block away from the beach, super clean, it has a little dock with a couple chairs and an excellent view, private parking… just perfect

Would not suggest anyone stay here as property needs major renovation. 9 apartments but we were the only ones there. One apartment door held closed by a sandbag. 3 dead roaches in kitchen cabinet, broken light switches. Too bad, location is fine.

We were very lucky to find this place for our vacation...It's right by the bay, you are literally right down the street from the beach...The place was cute & very clean the owners were very nice as well...me & my wife enjoyed it tremendously!

Nice staycation

We are local but not close enough to the beach local. This was a very low traffic spot just a 5-10 minute walk from everything Clearwater has to offer. Next time I’ll bring my fishing pole, definitely recommend this location!
