It has air conditioning, 1 queen bed in the main room, 1 double bed in a separate small bedroom, a full kitchen, a tub/shower bathroom, and a screened front porch. It fronts the pool/hot tub area and is a short walk down to the Big Thompson River which is part of the Brynwood property.
