The cabin was cozy, the heated floors devine! We appreciated that it was dog friendly and clean! So nice to be outside of town, yet close enough to enjoy Estes Park. We would stay here again, definitely!
Amazing communication from the property host. Very kind and friendly, the property was everything that it showed in the listing. We travel with our two pups and finding a pet friendly place can be a struggle. Very clean and organized. Our favorite thing about this property was how close it is to RMNP. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!! 10/10
Good location. Not on the river but close(across a very busy road). Well-kept rustic little cabin

Thank you for your review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found the cabin well-kept. We hope to have the chance to host you again in the future!
Very cozy and comfortable being in a studio we knew it would be a little small. We’re not large people so it worked perfectly are two small dogs had a great time as well. Saw lots of wild game right in the area. Excellent area for walking up and down the sidewalk. We had a wonderful time. We would love to do this again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. Thanks Rick Bertoni.
A clean, comfortable small cabin halfway between Rocky Mtn National Park and Estes Park. If a small space is ok with you, this is your place to stay. We were delighted with the heated tile floors and a real coffee pot. If you plan to cook, expect the smoke detector to alert-- it's set on the wall above the range top. Management would do well to move it elsewhere.

I appreciate you mentioning the smoke detector placement; we’ll definitely look into adjusting it to improve the experience for future guests. We’d love to host you again for your next Rocky Mountain adventure!
I spent eight enjoyable nights, just me and my dog. The cabin had everything I needed. The pillows were great, I was comfortable! I was nearby to the grocery store gas station, you name it. It’s super close to Rocky Mountain national Park but since I had a dog, I decided to go into Roosevelt national Forest. It was absolutely beautiful with all the snow. I would highly recommend staying here and I planned to come back again this year!

It’s great to hear the cabin had everything you needed and that you loved exploring Roosevelt National Forest — it’s such a beautiful spot, especially with the snow. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would be thrilled to host you again later this year!
We didn’t have certain toiletries. The bed wasn’t very comfy. They turned off the water for a few hours during our stay. The location was nice and quiet, except for the daily street sweeper in the parking lot. The heated floors were divine. The cabin was cozy
