Very beautiful house. Better than the photos. Clean and organized. The deck was fantastic and our favorite place to hang out, with direct access to the beach and great views any time of the day. Perfect location, within 15-20 mins of all things in Kitty Hawk. We would surely come and stay here again.

Beach view was excellent. We saw whales and several dolphins. The only thing we missed in the check in processes was that liens were not provided. Other than that this was a excellent stay. Location was waking distance to a few shops and restaurants.

Stunning view of the beach and ocean! You'll spend a lot of time on the large porch. The kitchen is well equipped but take spices. The bed rooms are a good size. Beds are firm with lovely pillow-tops. Renovated bathrooms. Roku TVs in every room. Such a comfortable house!

Our 2nd time staying here and it’s the perfect beach cottage. The exterior keeps the original OBX beach charm and inside is beautifully decorated with modern upgrades. The porch very comfortable and clean. Pictures are accurate.

Best beach house you can ask for! Right on the beach and so easy to walk back and forth to the beach during the day. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch watching the sunrise in the morning and waves in the evening, it was amazing! Location is incredible - not only right on the beach but a short walk or drive to a few restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. House was clean, nicely decorated, and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Cindy and Dave were also very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!

easy living

when we came in the cottage it felt timeless but it was updated beautiful .we loved the simplicity of life while we were there,make our food and sit in the picnic table ,then relax on the swing bed...and the ocean was so close..no long walk.the breeze was beautiful and i could feel my health and breathing get so much better there! i will be back ..not soon enough!i miss her already!

Perfect getaway

What a gem, tucked away along highway 12. We slept with the windows open and we’re soothed by the ocean waves. With the wear and tear of beach houses, this home is was very clean and well maintained for its age. great for a small family or couples retreat.
