Be among our first guests in the newly renovated 3 bedroom townhouse in beautiful Bird Rock.

This recently renovated condo features everything you need for a relaxing holiday in one of San Diego’s most desirable neighborhoods – Bird Rock. Located in an exclusive boutique building, it’s just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, fitness and the famous La Jolla beaches.

The open-concept living/dining area features an oversized couch, tv, and table for six. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, ample walk-in closet space, and a bathroom that includes a large vanity and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of closet space as well. The third bedroom features a pull-out sofa, and en suite bathroom with a combo shower/bath tub. The third washroom includes a shower as well. Basics such as internet, cable and wireless speakers are also included.

The highlight of the home is the rooftop deck with plenty of seating to lounge or serve dinner for six while watching the sun set over the ocean. There is also smaller patio off of the second floor living room.

Great location

A very nice townhouse in a wonderful neighborhood. The wifi, as previously stated, is not wonderful and there is dog barking from the house behind. But, all in all, a winner.

Great Location, Accommodating Host!

The host was super easy to communicate with. The property is kept well maintained and clean. Close proximity to Pacific Beach and La Jolla! No complaints at all.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed at this amazing apartment for 6 months. We loved the location and the beautiful ocean views from the roof deck. Ashley and her team were super attentive to any requests we had. They always managed to find people to come service the apartment within 24 hours if something wasn’t working (which only happened a few times). I will definitely be coming back to stay here. After 6 months we were sad to say goodbye! Thank you Ashley and your team for an incredible stay.

Great neighborhood, location

Property manager was attentive and quickly responsive of ALL REQUESTS; she sent supplies for kitchen, cable company and wifi enhanced during stay(multiple service), electrician was out and fuse reset continued throughout stay for microwave and dishwasher(not securely installed). This is a connected townhouse and there is occassional noise between walls. The property has a Starbucks out the front door, a CVS on the next block and wonderful restaurants in walking distance, the neighborhood is LOVELY with a beautiful sunset park and many outlooks to ocean with benches. Windasea beach is very close and lots of sand, rock structures. LaJolla is an Amazing area of SanDiego and Bird Rock is also in walking(20-30min) distance to Pacific Beach which is an active are with lots of restaurants, bars, bike rentals.

Birdrock Townhouse

The unit looks as nice as the pictures do. It was very spacious and the rooftop patio had some beautiful un obstructed views of Pacific and Mission Beach. Ashley was very quick to get back to me with any questions. If you like Starbucks you're right behind it as well as walking distance to many nice shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO IN A PERFECT LOCATION

This place was soooo nice. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious. The place had everything we wanted, including a beautiful 360 degree roof top patio with lovely views of sunrise and sunset. In terms of location, it was perfect for us. Nestled in an upper scale residential area surrounded by stunning homes, it is a quick drive to down town SD and walking distance to many bars, restaurants and entertainment. Can't wait to go back!

Clean Spacious Unit in a great location!

Large apartment with brand new modern furniture and amenities throughout the unit. Could use more beds though if you are coming with a large family. We all loved the rooftop where you can enjoy the ocean and the La Jolla mountains. Owner was very helpful offering many recommendations what to do in the area. Amazing weather in a great location; walking distance to ocean, groceries, restaurants, bike, shop, surf shop, etc...

Beautiful townhouse in a perfect location!

We travelled to San Diego with our two University aged kids. On arrival, we were all thrilled with the accommodations which were contemporary, beautifully decorated, very clean and bright with a stunning roof top garden as well as a second floor patio! Initially we were concerned that one of the bedrooms (with an en suite) had a pull out sofa for a bed but it was incredibly comfortable and private. The living room was great and the kitchen and bathrooms are bright and newly updated. The A/C worked really well as we were there during a heatwave! The restaurants and shopping in the area are great and all within walking distance. We enjoyed going to the beach nearby as well. I would highly recommend this rental. Nice added touch was that the owner gave us a great list of things to do and a list of their favourite restaurants!
