This fabulous brand construction home is located directly on the golden sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Following our tried and tested floor plan which our guests have loved, the house consists of 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms set over 3 floors.

The 1st floor consists of the large garage. The garage and driveway that can easily fit 2-3 cars.

The second floor has a fantastic kitchen featuring a gas hob and stove, electric combo oven/microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher with seating for four at the island. There is also a wet bar and breakfast nook together with a formal dining area and a large sitting area with flat screen TV. There is a huge balcony that has sweeping views up and down the miles of white sandy beaches of Indian Rocks Beach. There is an outdoor bar area, Weber grill as well as space for dining and relaxation.

On this level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds, which will only accommodate children, these share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. There is also a half bathroom for guests to use off of the living area.

The third floor consists of 4 more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub and separate walk in shower as well as a double sink/vanity unit. Bedroom 2 - The 'Second Master' has a king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The other two bedrooms on this level share a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There is also a laundry room on the 3rd floor, as well as another large balcony with incredible birds’ eye views over the beach. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

The rear of the property has a pool and hot tub, with sunbeds and seating for you and your party to relax in. There is also an outdoor shower for you to rinse off after a dip in the warm Gulf of Mexico which is just steps away. There are plenty of amenities and toys for your use. We have beach chairs and umbrellas, Paddle boards and Kayaks available for your use*. There is also a full crib, pack-n-play, high chair and baby gates for your convenience.

The home is located in the popular town of Indian Rocks Beach. There are a number of fabulous bars and restaurants in this beachfront town which are within a short walk to the North or the South, or catch the ever popular 'Beach Trolly'. The home is positioned in an ideal location for a quick trip to visit the home of 'Winter the Doplhin' at Clearwater Marine Aquarium, or perhaps the many attractions that Tampa has to offer. We are just a short transfer to either Tampa International, or Clearwater/St. Pete Airports.
